   Despite appearing to be short staffed, our server pulled it off beautifully after a bit of a rough start, and was very attentive and responsive through the rest of the evening. Give her five stars for effort in a very hectic environment. The food was good, the scenery spectacular, and despite the area we were in being loud and crowded with a large party including a newborn, our group of six had a wonderful evening. Recommended; we will go again. Particularly impressed that we could get Edna Valley Chardonnay. By the Glass.

   My partner was served a badly burnt burger that had to be sent back. The service was very slow. The worst food and service we’ve experienced in a week in Vancouver.

   I took a friend from Calgary to Lift for lunch. She was craving seafood, and from my past experiences at this restaurant, this was a must! We shared the crab cakes with fresh greens and the Manila clams in white wine and garlic, with a delicious baguette on the side to mop up the broth! OMG! Both dishes were soooo tasty, I would have licked the plate if I felt it was appropriate!!!!! We finished with sharing the Key Lime tart, which was new on the menu, also very good…. As Goldilocks would say “ It was just right !” With the sweetness/ tangy balance. Service was excellent and the view delightful! I have to say, for me, this restaurant ticks all the boxes. My Calgary friend was VERY impressed, and being a native of Portugal, knows good seafood! Well Done Lift staff! I will be back!

   Excellent restaurant with both fantastic food and amazing water views! Very calm and relaxing. Stephanie was amazing and was wonderful to talk to about Vancouver!

    We had a lovely table by the window. Views were great, service was great... food was delicious. It was an expensive evening but worth it.
