   This restaurant is beautiful. To sit outside and have a gorgeous view, great service and delicious food is a treat! Everything that we ordered had some sort of a twist to it that was a little disheartening. The dishes were delicious, but the chef put something different in each one that didn’t quite go, in our opinion. Wedge salad…delish, but regular bacon has more flavor than pork belly pieces, scallops with sweet corn risotto…delicious! but the sweet dried tomatoes were too strong for the dish, paella…good but the pickled onions took over the flavor of the dish. The food had beautiful presentation and was very flavorful, but these twists had us puzzled. All in all, this restaurant is a gem!

   Best restaurant in Marathon hands down …from the atmosphere, service, absolutely delicious food and priced so reasonably for the quality of the food.

   Beautiful view. We ate inside because no tables were available but it was lovely. Food was delicious. 2 people got scallops with risotto and 3 got hanger steak. Nice portion and tasty. Our server, Cece, was fantastic! She was so friendly and gave us recommendations for places to go while in Marathon.

   Delicious food but they were out of the items we wanted to order for dinner (scallops) - for the second night in a row- but what they did have available was delicious.

   We have never complained about service before, but we have never experienced anything like our breakfast this morning. We had a reservation for 9:30am- and arrived about 10 minutes early. We waited about 15 minutes before we were seated, which was ok since we arrived early. However, then we were seated about 20-25 minutes and nobody ever came over. Meanwhile, we were watching other people get seated after us being served. We finally asked one of the waitresses. She said she wasn’t our server but would give us drinks. She poured 3 out of 4 of us a glass of water and ran out. She said she would come back with more water and coffee. She never came back. We eventually got a managers attention and she got us coffee. She told us our server was dealing with issues. (Of course if there was a big problem, they should have redistributed the waiters and not continued to seat and serve people while we sat there with no service). She said she would come back with cream for the coffee- but didn’t come back. I eventually wandered around until I could find someone to ask. We had been sitting at the table for 45 minutes before we had a cup of coffee. It was all complete insanity- and absolutely nothing was done to remedy the situation or make anything better. Two hours sitting there for a few pancakes.

   They were out of a few items by the time we were seated (30 minutes after our reservation even though our whole party was there on time), and they didn’t have a lot of substitutions for a gluten allergy (substitutions were similar to offering a burger without the bun). However, what we did have was delicious. Service was good but our ticket at checkout was split incorrectly and the gratuity of 20% was automatically added to a party of 5. I would absolutely go back but with lower expectations on the service.
