Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    Ceviche like we've been looking for with the Leche de Tigre, toasted corn kernels, hominy, etc. Very authentic Peruvian.

    Lima Bistro is a must visit for us every year in Aruba. I had Seabass and my husband had the seared tuna and both were excellent. The scallop appetizer was delicious. The sauces are incredible. Sally, the manager, is both personable and professional.

    Everything was fantastic! We had a 3 course dinner. Loved the octupus and the strawberry dessert. Our waitress Jean made our evening extra memorable

    The food was delicious I think everything in Aruba is more expensive but it was so good. Got the tuna steak and crudo and it was absolutely delicious. The crudo was the best park . The tuna steak was delicious cucumber salad was good the rice was ok it tasted like it was the frozen vegetable fried rice from Trader Joe's (which I like but not in this scenario) the cocktails were amazing I got a pisco sour and my husband got the Manhattan both were amazing. The literal best part was the break and port wine butter. So amazing overall I would say Lima is a do not miss in Aruba!

    We had a lovely evening, and it was made extra special because of a conversation with Sally, the hostess and front of the house person. Our server was also excellent, and the menu was one page, and filled with great options!!
