   It was our first time visiting Coronado Island & Little Frenchie Bistro. It was very convenient to make reservations (on Opentable). This is a small & cozy restaurant with not many indoor tables (some outdoor tables also available) so reservations are highly recommended. We sat at a cozy booth, where we were provided with complimentary delectable pastries made in-house. French onion soup was perfectly prepared, not salty like at some restaurants, absolutely loved it! Nicoise salad had poached albacore (vs. canned tuna) so it was not your ordinary salad. Steak & frites (kids portion) was very good size & cooked to order. We reminisced having steak & frites in Paris but the style was a bit different, not served cut-up with green butter sauce. Service was excellent and we had ample time to savor french onion soup before our entrees came out. It was an expensive brunch but we’re so glad we were able to dine here during our first visit to Coronado island.

   This hidden gem on Orange Avenue has the best food. We love their cheese board selections and have had several entrees there. They have the most incredible French hamburgers and the fries are amazing. I’ve had the muscles and French dip where were amazing. The restaurant was busy but the attention. To the customer is first class. They have indoor and outdoor dining which reminds one of a cafe on the streets of Paris. Our server was Ricky and he made sure we were well taken care of along with the rest of the staff who worked as a team to meet every customers need.

   It was a wonderful French experience from the appetizer to the main course and of course the French wine was fabulous thanks to our wonderful waiter!!

   I selected this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. Little Frenchie made our evening very special with a complimentary dessert, two glasses of sparking wine, and a card. We had a delicious meal, so these gestures were a sweet surprise!

   I have been to this restaurant several times . Today my Niçoise salad was big , it looked wonderful, but the tuna fish lacked flavor , it looked like it had been steamed. I did not like the dressing. The best part of the lunch was the warm baguette

   Megan was great at taking care of us professionally and kind. Our food as always delivered a lovely French meal. Steak tartar the best and poulet my favorite dish.

   I really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, service was impeccable and I felt very comfortable dining here. The food however didn't meet my expectations. I love French cuisine very much, I've traveled through Cherbourg, Nice, Paris, Normandy and we have family that resides there as well. I felt it lacked flavor. Possibly the kitchen was overwhelmed I don't know but I'll give them another try for brunch. My duck was crisp but missing noticeable flavor.

    My husband and I love this spot for our date nights! We brought my brother tonite and he’s a lover of French cuisine. Everything was perfect and delicious as always. Very friendly and attentive staff. Charming and cozy indoors. Lovely experience.
