   Awesome as before. The only issue I had was that the table we sat at had wooden splinters coming out of the top of the table. However, we still really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. The food service was incredible and really fast. Our waiter was his usual charming and knowledgeable self and a truly a people person.

   I’ve been back on every trip to Durham. And find something new to enjoy the specials are great. The chicken sandwich so good. The drinks tasty! Lamb sandwich was delicious and the flounder had sold out. Enjoy! Server was awesome.

   Local 22 Kitchen and Bar is a favorite. We had company for the weekend and they loved the food, drinks and atmosphere. Great place to relax. Staff is informed and attentive.

   We absolutely LOVE local 22! It’s our favorite place to dine when we visit Durham! The vibe, service, food, and eclectic atmosphere check all of our boxes! If you go, you have to try the Devil Made Me cocktail, the hush puppies, corn bread, and beet salad with blackened salmon or shrimp on top.

    This is one of my new favorite restaurants! The vibe in here is so cool. I love that they have candles lit in the middle of the day. ;) It sets a really fab tone of elegance in a rustic and cool environment. Our server made a mistake and ordered a pimento cheese skillet appetizer for us-and it was on the house… Delicious! We’ve had the wings, the double stack burgers, the pizza as well as the spinach and artichoke dip. All outstanding. Their espresso martinis are delicious-bartenders and servers alike are friendly and fun! Highly recommend!! (And nice outdoor dining available too)
