    The food is delicious, and the brunch variety is extensive. No one walks away hungry. The service is exceptional. From the hostess who greets you when you enter to the wait staff who check regularly that you have what you need, this restaurant is truly a great place to dine. We have been there twice and have not been disappointed. And, when making reservations, they take notice of any special occasions or accomodations that are mentioned. This is a rare feature that is truly appreciated. They make dining in their restaurant an enjoyable experience.

    I’d give it all 5 Stars if the food would’ve been warm. The ceiling fan was quite strong and had the food cooling down very quickly

    Came here for the brunch buffet. The food is just not good. Simple as that. The coffee tasted like warm water with brown food coloring. Pretty shameful, management should try the food and see if they are satisfied with it. Maybe a la carte is better, but the brunch buffett was really awful.

    First day of the new spring menu and overall, was very good. My wife had the whole lobster (totally taken apart for you) and absolutely loved it. I had the vegetable lasagna and it was okay. The focaccia starter was the best I've ever had. Dessert was excellent as well. Mariah took very good care of us, as always. Can't wait for our next adventure at Local Three!

    First time at Local Three was not a disappointment. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Our server was very outgoing and knowledgeable about the menu and wines. Our food was delicious. Will definitely return!!
