   Wonderful place for anniversary meal. All service people were very nice and helpful and knew the menus well. Seating was close to others but felt private enough. Drinks were amazing and the food was excellent. My husband had the fish and chips and I had the off-menu sea bass with forbidden rice and we were both very happy with our choices. The only improvements I would suggest is (1) offer vegetables with the meals - it seems incomplete without some and the prices are high enough that some could be included; and (2) the people beside us had a "tower" of seafood from the raw bar which looked great but did not come with crackers or anything else to eat with the seafood. Balance is important! We appreciated the complimentary champagne given to us to celebrate our anniversary - it was very nice and a great finishing touch. We will be back to celebrate more special occasions or maybe just to have a drink at the bar - the cocktails were the highlight of the meal.

   We have eaten here theee times in the last two months. Food is great and the table service is very good. But front desk staff could be more friendly, especially to repeat customers.

   The food was overall good. Avoid any dishes that are New Orleans specials - you’ll be sorely disappointed by the presentation, ingredients, and quantity compared to what the dish is supposed to be. Service was fine but the kitchen pacing was a mess. We waited 30 minutes for our raw oysters, and another 30 for appetizers, and then another 30 for the mains. This was for brunch too, so it wasn’t like any of the dishes were complicated or should have taken such a long time. The real kicker was the maître d’ did not know how to use the seating software. She turned away multiple groups or made them sit outside on a chilly day, saying the restaurant was fully reserved. I was able to pop on OpenTable and make a reservation, then check in 15 minutes later and get seated indoors. She seemed nice, so I think she just had no idea how to see what tables were truly reserved versus what tables were available. Not my top pick for brunch when so many other places have the dining experience, food, and pacing figured out, but the seafood-heavy menu has some good items you won’t see elsewhere.
