    Had a late Christmas Eve lunch. Everything was exceptional, service, food and cocktails were all perfect+. Giuseppe, our server, could not have done more to makes us feel welcome and take care of us. The restaurant even served complimentary Snickerdoodles for the day - sweet touch. Thank you, Lockkeepers, for such excellence with your food and staff and being open on Christmas Eve. We look forward to our next visit.

    My wife and I have always enjoyed our dining experience at Lock keepers. Mike S did a fantastic job giving us flexibility, and tempering our time while servicing our meal. I was in foodservice business for 39 years, and I know what to look for.

    Everything from the main course to dessert and drinks was fantastic. And Mike are waiter was simply the best he was friendly and polite.

    LockKeepers is a constant and consistent dining experience. The food is excellent and the staff amazingly attentive (thank you Nicole) and remembers what we prefer from previous dining. Their suggestions and recommendations continue to surprise us with delicious options. Many Thanks to the management as they treat their guests the way they want to be treated.

    Always our go-to eatery for the menu and one of only 3 locally which offersmy favorite dessert: AFFOGATO (gelato with espresso pouredover)!

    From the moment we walked in until we left, it's evident why LockKeepers is a popular and sought after reservation! We had Vanessa as our server and we could not have asked for a better experience post North Pole Adventure / Cleveland's version of Polar Express with our almost-2-year-old. She knew right away to put in an order of food for him and even gave up her pen and a sheet of menu for him to scribble on. The food was piping hot and delicious. The minestrone soup was intended for our son, but we ended up eating most of it. It was flavorful and delicious! Our appetizer and dinners were perfect! The real MVP was Vanessa though. Thankful for LockKeepers in such a clutch moment after an already long evening!!
