Awarded One Hat by the prestigious Good Food Guide 2023, Lona Misa’s Latin fare and bistro dining collide against the norms of the classical medley you know of vegan and vegetarian dining. Gracias Madre, led by Executive Chef Dreux Ellis, pioneers plant-based Mexican cuisine, while Lona Misa, helmed by Shannon Martinez and Executive Chef Pamella Tomio, redefines Latin-inspired vegan fare. This collaboration offers a curated menu, blending both restaurants' flavours, starting with a cocktail on arrival. “SoCal to South Yarra” runs at Lona Misa from Friday, 21 March to Sunday, 30 March.

    This is by far the best restaurant we could have ever been to. We are vegans and world travelers. This definitely met and exceeded all expectations. Not only is the food perfect, but also the art, the waiters, the cooks, the bar tenders, the comfort, the cleanliness. We traveled three hours just to be able to go to this wonderful place for a third time. Thank you!

    I went there for dinner with my old friends. The service was beautiful, staffs were lovely. Also, the food was made fresh and tasty! Definitely great to spend time with friends or family

    The food was incredible. The chefs paid so much attention to detail in terms of flavours, variety and texture. The wait staff were truly excellent, they were affable, attentive and incredibly knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a more pleasant evening.

    I was disappointed to be seated at the waiter station when there were other tables so much nicer available. We ordered the set menu. Not recommended. Choosing your own dishes is far better value.
