Took over an hour to get served even tho we had reservations. No wxplanation for the extreme delay. We told the server we were on a tight schedule, but it ridn’t seem to make an impression. Croque Madame was a pile of fatty starchy goo, not a ham sandwich dipped in bechamel topped with an egg. The egg was crunchy around the edges and raw around the yolk. Tomato bisque was pasty with an unpleasant aftertaste. Yuck.

New spring menu was delicious. Started with the hot bread and butter - spring pea and honey browned butters - amazing! The strawberry beet salad was also outstanding!

I have nothing positive to say about this experience. After waiting in a huge line to be seated while the two managers stood by the bar and looked around until the line was out the door, we spoke to our waitress twice. Once after we waited 20 min for water and quickly placed our entire order for fear she wouldn’t return, and again for the check for which we waited again. We were sat surrounded by noisy children on every side in a half empty restaurant with plenty of other available sections. We were never given plates for our appetizer which made eating it messy and difficult. The staff was slow, unbothered, and had no knowledge of the menu or available options. We have had similar experiences here but this was by far the worst. Seriously debating keeping our membership.

Several menu items were not available, and it seemed to take a long time to get our food.

The beet salad sounded good, but came with only 2 small beet pieces. I did let the server know and she asked the manager to take a little of the bill. The burger was delicious.

Had lunch with wife and 5yr old while visiting gardens. Great salads both my wife enjoyed and shared one of the flatbreads. Amazing wine selection and full bar is really a touch of class inside a beautiful Atlanta Attraction. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the gardens!
