Celebrating over 30 years of award winning classic & modern Italian cuisine! Owner Terry Antonelli believes in a warm and elegant approach to fine dining. Chef Walter Cotta shops at local farmer's and produce markets throughout the week to insure the best quality ingredients. Our pastas, raviolis, bread, sauces and desserts are homemade. His menu also includes a number of vegan and gluten free items that are sure to please all palates. For dinner or a private event, L'Opera is a must!

    We’ve dined at L’Opera since the early 1990s. It’s a sentimental favorite but we would not return if it weren’t consistently good. Our recent visit was no exception. The atmosphere was lively, we had exceptional service from professional wait staff, quality dishes (branzino and filet mignon). For those interested in wine, the list is extensive with options in many categories and price points.

    As first time guests we felt completely spoiled. We had a fantastic dinner experience. The waiter was terrific and recommended a really lovely bottle of wine to complement our meal choices. We were headed to the ballet so our waiter made sure we got served in a timely but relaxed pace. Deliziosa!!!

    The best homemade pasta this side of Italy - the chicken lasagna ( Lasagna di Pollo ) is delicious. The Chimichurri is addictive- it’s so fresh and pleasant to the palate. The duo stars are the delicate butternut squash Cappellacci di Zucca & the short rib raviolis of Lombardi. One may split and divinely dine on both. This restaurant is wonderful & such an enjoyable meal.

    We had a fantastic experience dining at L'Opera! And it is just that, an experience. You do not just go there to eat. From the ambiance, to the service, delicious food, all in a beautiful setting, it is a wonderful experience. Also for an Italian restaurant to offer so many gluten free options was outstanding.
