   Incredible Thai food served by an attentive flawless staff. Great for family and friends - order and share! I’ve lived in Asia and eaten in communities with vibrant Thai cuisine and for overall variety, flavor, and heat, nowhere better. Deanna (sp?) our server was an encyclopedia of knowledge and taste and her heat (spice) recommendations were flawless. Can’t wait to come back!

   This is our favorite dining establishment and we eat here 8-10 times a year. There was issues with the service this trip. We had a party of 8 - 3 of the meals were delayed almost 30 minutes behind the other 5. This forced the majority to start eating & leaving the other 3 to sit. Once the majority was done the later 3 felt rushed because the servers kept coming to clean the tables. The 3 meals were not complex - fried rice & chicken - fried rice & scallops. There was no explanation we were told it will be here soon. We hope this was an isolated incident.

   Have been in search of great Thai food in the LV & Henderson area. Lotus of Siam was recommended by a friend. The restaurant was very busy. There was at least one large party ahead of us which slowed down our getting our food. The large table seemed to be the friends or family of the chef as he came out to sit with them for a few minutes several times. The service staff was gracious, checking back to give us updates a few times. We tried the Musaman Curry with Pork... it was delicious! As was the Panang Curry with Roast Duck. Great flavors on the sauces. The Mee Krob was good (this is a hard to find dish here in LV), though it did take a while to come to the table. Prices were on the high side, but the quality was good. We definitely will go back as there were several more items we wanted to try.

   All around great experience! Such a gem. Super delicious. We love the freshness and flavors. Don’t miss the Thai ceviche and duck noodles! Would come back for these dishes!

   Lotus’ reputation is big and my expectations were high. The restaurant is very pretty and we’ll designed. Food was clean, well prepared and tasty…..but nothing I’d call exceptional or worth going out of your way for. Same with the cocktails. The manager recommended the Lychee Blossom and Hotline Bling. Good but not OMG cocktails. $100 for two drinks and three plates. I’ve Had better Thai in LV for the same or better price many times.

   Amazing first time experience! It lived up to the hype. Our favorite dishes were the khaki so with duck and the Chilean sea bass with ginger.

   Service was very lackluster even though there was a big crowd outside and inside the lobby area of the restaurant. The portion of each dish is very small compared to the price you are paying, everything was over-salted, which completely ruined my palette for the night. The way the food came out was luke-warm, did not look very appetizing at all. For $32, you get a few pieces of beef and 5 strands of noodles. This was supposed to be the best Thai Restaurant in Vegas? I don’t think so, especially when management did not care to greet their guests and started eating their meal in front of customers…
