    I made the original reservation for 8 people. We were at a conference at a nearby hotel and others wanted to join us so I asked to increase the reservation (twice). The staff was very unhappy about the situation and made their feelings known. It's a shame because my colleagues came from across the globe and were excited to experience Chicago deep dish pizza. The food was great. The restaurant had a number of open tables in the area where we were seated so it was very disappointing that the management felt it necessary to come over and 'scold' us for going over our reservation. You could have showed some Chicago spirit and not spoiled the night with the bad attitude.

    Food and service was great. Thin crust pizza was undercooked, disappointed. The Malnati Chicago classic deep dish was good but definitely skimpy on ingredients compared to the last time we went to a different Lou's location.

    The food at Lou Malnati’s was delicious, and overall, we enjoyed the meal. However, the experience was soured when our waiter, after we had finished dining and were waiting for my wife to return from the restroom, mentioned we had only two hours for the table. We had only been there for 45 minutes, and it felt like we were being rushed or pushed out. While we understand table time limits during busy periods, the way it was communicated felt abrupt and unwelcoming. It left us with a less-than-pleasant impression despite the good food.

    We made a reservation online (highly recommend) and we got sat immediately at our reservation time. Pizza was delicious, it took awhile just due to how busy they were but we got drinks and an app so the wait wasn’t terrible.

    First time here. We ordered a salad and wings to start. Salad was huge. Wings were just okay. We ordered a medium cheese deep dish with butter crust and it was fantastic. Should have just got a small, but wanted more than not enough. Had two slices left. Service was good. Will def come back when visit Chicago again.
