   Originally reserved a party of 8 and called a few hours prior to my res to add one... no problem! Preordered our pizza's as we had my son's NU Symphony concert we needed to make... no problem! Manager... phenomenal! Hostess who was pulling a double with nothing but smiles... superiffic! Waitress who took care of us throughout our meal... beyond fantabulous! Thank you Lou's NU!! I can honestly say my best Lou's experience ever at any location. You appeared to be understaffed and had a few big groups dining at the restaurant, and your entire team front and back still hit a grand slam! #NUROCKSTARS

   Food was great service was good! And friendly! First time going to Lou’s in Evanston I’ve been to other ones, I know the pizza takes a long time, but the salad and wings took a long time to come out as well as appetizers so a bit slow but that’s the only complaint still worth the wait!

   Great place for Chicago Deep Dish. Atmosphere was good. Pizza was phenomenal. Oddly, they only had two servers working, so that was tough in regard to getting refill, etc.
