   This was our first time at this location and it was a great experience! At the other locations we were called in advance to pre-order our pizza since it takes a while so I did the same with the Oak Park location and while the food was really good I was a bit disappointed that the pizza came out at the same time as the appetizers.

   It was easy to get a reservation and not overly busy. Slower service but food came out timely. Overall it was fine!

   We grabbed a quick bite before seeing a movie downtown. While the food was good, the noise level was very high, which probably could not have been helped with the number of families, but good for future diners to know. Great bruschetta, great deep dish!

   Front section by Lake street has concrete floors with metal leg chairs that SCREEEEEEECH every time they are moved. Acoustics are bad in this area as well. Ordered a cider and was told 20 mins later they did not have it in stock. Chairs legs need plastic or rubber feet.

   This was a new location for us on this trip to Chicago. This restaurant appears to be understaffed. Our server seemed to be trying but clearly overtaxed because service was slow. We called an hour ahead of our reservation to preorder the deep dish pizza (as we have done many times) but still waited almost an hour for our pizza which was not hot. I would not return to this location again. Next time, we're going back to Randolph St.

   We arrived 15 mins early. although there were only 10 tables full in the entire restaurant, the hostess asked us to wait then we were finally seated. When we arrived, I announce that we had a 530 reservation under the name of KL Robertson Daly after we were seated and eating our salad. I received a text message asking if we were on our way I had to go back up to the desk and ask her to please confirm our reservation with OpenTable please do not count us as late as we were not. It was a failure on the part of the restaurant hostess to properly check us in.
