We were greeted and welcomed at the door. We were asked a couple of questions about our full party and although everyone was not present, we were taken to seating that was absolutely perfect for our group. And then came Angelique. She gave us pertinent information and checked in with our party regularly. Among us, we had personal deep dish and extra cheese thin crust. It took the 30 minutes we were originally told by Angelique. It was delicious and hot and a wonderful experience for all!

My family wrnt for the 1st time last night to check out the Surprise location. We werent happy with the tight seating. The tables are small, the chairs were uncomfortable and the pizzas get set on a serving table in an open area near your table. The food was good and the service was good though. Next time I think I will order carry out.

First time there, food was good but not great. My problem was seating for 2 was at a bar stool and my wife is short so she struggled while there to feel comfortable. Server took awhile to do anything. He told us pizza takes about 40 minutes so order an appetizer so we did. My wife also ordered the spaghetti(very bland). The spaghetti came out first followed by appetizer, which we thought was weird about 20 minutes later, followed by the pizza. Besides the seating we had and nothing seemed to flow properly from the service to the food I was not really impressed. It’s a different place that is nice but not sure how many times I will actually be back, maybe once in a blue moon.

This is a family orientated restaurant and there were too many screaming kids for me. Parents today let their children go without correcting poor behavior. This was the first deep dish pizza I had and it was very good. If the loud atmosphere doesn’t bother you you’ll probably like it there. I personally will not go back. My future prediction will be the Prasada development will end up like Westgate and we don’t go there anymore for obvious reasons.

Had large thin crust pizza. Toppings were generous and tasty. But the crust was not crispy and rather rubbery and tough. Even difficult to cut with a knife. Even server had difficulty getting slices cut through when serving the initial slices. Probably the worst thin crust we’ve ever had anywhere.

It did not live up to the hype. This was our 1st time here and we won't be back. Our waitress was preoccupied at the bar talking to her friend. So needless to say after she took out order she wasn't back. Her partner brought out a drink refill. We were never check on after the pizza came out. We did need a couple sides, but were not able to get them. The pizza. We ordered a gluten free deep dish and a thin crust. I had the gluten free and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I have been gluten free for years so I do remember when we were in the cardboard stages. This crust was hard as a rock, I could barely cut it with a knife and some muscle. It also has hot and cold spots. My husband had the thin crust pepperoni. The pizza has a scant amount of sauce and little toppings, comes out pretty brown on top as well. The staff has no knowledge on how to handle food allergies of any kind. Extremely disappointed.

The staff and service were friendly, timely, and professional. We enjoyed the Burrata salad, mozzarella bites, and had personal pizzas along with cocktails. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Will go again!
