   The management seemed annoyed that we had such a large group. I made the reservation a month in advance by calling the restaurant because Open Table does not allow you to book larger groups. I called the restaurant to confirm the reservation and it didn’t exist. I was instructed to make the reservation through Open Table. Made the reservation for the maximum number that the app allows, 10. Then had to call the restaurant a third time to increase the reservation to 15 and requested the patio since our group was large. Called the restaurant 24 hours before to increased to 20. Once we were there, everyone began ordering drinks and appetizers. Those all came out and the staff disappeared. We had to go find someone to give us plates, silverware and napkins. Those came out later but we had to pass around the appetizer plates so we could eat. We do order pizzas too. They were ok. We also had to chase down Parmesan and pepper shakers since they took over ten minutes to bring them out after the pizza arrived. If you go here, lower your expectations if you have a large party since it seemed like the struggles with everything. We’ll never go back. I don’t mind paying higher prices for restaurants, but the service and food better be commensurate with the price. It isn’t.

   Went with friends that were visiting and raved about the pizza they enjoyed in Chicago. We ordered the Mediterranean Salad which was fabulous. Deep Dish Pizza with Roma tomatoes, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. The pepperoni was not cooked, the crust was tough and way too many tomatoes that weren't cooked. Very disappointing. Great service.

   Service struggled this day. Server said it was his third day and on a Friday night. Forgot some of the order and late bringing our drinks. My husband finally went to the bar to retrieve his own beer after seeing it sit there for about 15 minutes. I do have to say the salad was incredible and pizza was ok. Dessert was good but coffee was terrible

   Lots of chatter about how good the pizza is but just didn't live up to the hype. Wings were Excellent. They make the GOOD ranch. But pizza was unimpressive and on the less flavorful side. We dined on a Friday evening but there were empty tables so I don't feel like our server was overly busy. She was polite, helpful & did bring our food hot. However, we barely saw her. We ordered wings as a 1st appetizer and and would have liked to order a second but it got late so we just just ordered our salad & pizza. We never got the salad dressing we requested, had to get up and ask for extra napkins (saucy wings), forks and plates, no refills on drinks or requested water until the end of our meal, we requested an add on of pepperoni to the Chicago Classic which wasn't added, but server never checked on us so we ate it as it. We were having a business meal which, granted, took longer than a regular meal but various people kept looking around the corner then leaving, which made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by camping at their table (again I saw booths, tables and hi-tops empty.) Would love to go back for the wings but hesitant because of the service.

   Good Chicago style pizza. Service was okay. Come early for lunch as this place gets very busy and service slows as a result. Be prepared to order quickly so as not to experience delays.

    First time, food was GREAT. Salad size was huge, took some home. Husband had personal pizza and said it was good. We will definitely go back! Great value for your money, so reasonable, we were surprised.
