   As a PENN grad and a part of a current student I was excited to try this spot. It’s rare for me to share a negative review but when the waiter is told the customer is on a timeline (after waiting 15min for them to “stop by”) and then waiting another 15 for drinks to arrive and the same for food order etc and that the order was incorrect I was compelled to write this Mateo our waiter was easily seen throughout our time hanging out chatting w another server or with the bartender. I had to get up to finally get his attention so we could get the bill and even after that watched him chit chat w other staff while we were now late for our meetings. 100% need someone who is able to reign in staff or provide some training around efficiencies. We had time. Just not hours for a simple salad and eggs Benedict. Still tipped him though.

   We tried this restaurant because it was on your top 25 list. It was very disappointing. Our pasta came out cold and was pretty tasteless. The waitress was good about it and got us warm pasta which was then delivered to the wrong table. The tuna salad was just okay. The wine by the glass was very expensive. There was a line for the bathroom. We could not find our waitress when we needed the check. Even though the Annenberg is right across the street we felt rushed to get there on time. The show was great

   I’ve visited this place several times and have always had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to expectations. The service was extremely slow, and while the food tasted good, it was served at the wrong temperature. The mushroom risotto arrived colder than room temperature, and the French onion soup was brought out after all the main courses—also cold. The issues were significant enough that the manager removed both dishes and our drinks from the bill, which I appreciated. However, I had paid a $90 deposit for the reservation that was supposed to be credited to our final check, and it wasn’t. In the rush of the evening, I forgot to mention it, but I realized the oversight the following day and had to call to request a refund. Thankfully, they were very responsive and promptly credited the amount back to my account. It was graduation weekend, so I understand they may have been overwhelmed. Given my past positive experiences, I’m willing to give them another chance.

   oysters were small mac and cheese was bomb SO GOOD drinks were small but worth it entrees were a full plate service was a little behind but it was graduation week so they were super busy 8/10 would come back

   Always love eating here...great drinks, food, decor and service. It is a bit noisy, so if it wasn't so hot out we would've preferred to be outside to have better ability to talk! Server was great, hostess seated me early since I was tired of a full day of walking in Philly. Love this place!
