Great spot for a quiet(ish) Friday night dinner. Grilled pork chop was really good, and they have excellent wines by the glass. Our first dinner there, we will be back

The restaurant was cold. The employees were wearing coats and heavy sweaters. We were seated by the windows in addition to the temperature in the restaurant being cold. We actually had to put our coats back on while sitting there. The food and service were great!

The Biscuits and gravy were awesome! I ordered the breakfast platter and it was a great value with 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, hash brown casserole and a side of gravy-it was more than enough and delicious. The jam and butter were even very good; I am going back.

While I like the atmosphere, the menu leaves a little to be desired. They need to offer more seafood selections. My salmon was undercooked and my coffee was cold. The puréed squash had little flavor but the green beans were good.

We have attended so many wine events here. This one was not at the top of the list - seemed unprepared & the wine rep didn't give nearly the experience we were accustomed to. We bought no wine. Would have- but no one came to collect our slips.

This is specific to a wine event on 11/7. We have done lots of these events at LouVino in the past when Gracie (I think?) led them and they were educational and she was energetic and engaging, she would have slide decks and maps and share all this great info. This one was really a letdown, the information was almost nonexistent. I could have just ordered a flight for $20 and had the same experience. I also had to go out and request that we get waters, napkins and silverware, like we received charcuterie boards with sauces, mustards, etc and no napkins or utensils. Past events have felt well planned and this one was a big letdown, we will probably not attend any of these in the future as we didn’t see the value.
