Chef Frank Bonanno dug into his Sicilian heritage and east coast roots to create this authentic, rustic Italian eatery. Luca has amazing personal touches from the daily made breads and pastas to the meats and cheeses cured in house, to the charcoal drawing of Bonanno’s son (and the restaurant’s namesake) that hangs in the dining room. Luca is heartwarming and satisfying from the wood-fired pizzas to the hand-rolled pastas to the perfectly seared proteins. It’s not your ordinary pile-of-pasta-and-sauce Italian joint; it’s the real (and tasty) deal.

It’s a tropical detour rooted in tradition—five thoughtful courses, unexpected pairings, and our signature warmth from the first pour to the last bite. The Menu 1st Course: Spam Musubi Arancini, Nori and Agrodolce 2nd Course: Huli Huli Cod with a Marinated Cucumber and Artichoke Salad 3rd Course: Saimin (Hawaiian Ramen) with a Parmesan and Dashi Brodo, Chef's Mushrooms, Broccoli Rabe, and Ajitsuke Egg 4th Course: Porchetta, Grilled Pineapple, Purple Potato Gnocchi, and Tea Leaves 5th Course: Lilikoi (Passionfruit), Italian Meringue, Graham Cracker Crust Please Note: This experience is $90 per person, excluding our 22% Creating Happy People service fee and tax.     Food was excellent everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food & drinks. Special treat for a special occasion, extra details were much appreciated. A couple of mishaps in service, but they were friendly and nice about it. We were able to relax and have a nice time - did not feel rushed and really enjoyed the experience overall.

    Should have heeded other reviewers about the SLOW service here. The patio was fun and vibrant, the food was tasty but very small portions, an otherwise fairly fun evening down the drain as it was 50 minutes after we finished our meal before anyone approached our table. Fifty. Entirely inexcusable. Managers and owner: get your act together. Will not be returning.

    Such a cozy, inviting space with delicious pasta!! I visited their sister business bar next door before my reservation, so I knew it would be a treat if it was half as good as the drinks I had, and it was. I got the Luca salad and a lobster pasta dish. The salad and pasta were fresh and incredible!! The pasta had a slight spice to it, which was great with the tomato and lobster sauce. I got a berry tequila cocktail that was bright and delicious, and they gave a complimentary glass of bubbles and a little scoop of hazelnut mousse that was such a treat!! I also got their tiramisu to-go and it kept wonderfully!! There is a 22% service charge, standard for the company, but with the level of service and taste, I didn’t mind at all. I can confidently say, I look forward to returning!!

    Terrible food. I was told certain items would be comped due to some back mussels. They were not comped. The food is mundane and the ambiance is tacky. I won’t return. Truly awful.

    I’m always reminded of what a fabulous dining experience Luca offers. We had a wonderful dinner, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute reservation change.

    Fantastic in every way. The food was delicious. The service, impeccable. My group started with the muscles - so plump and fresh! We also had the baked manicotti, Margherita pizza and lobster fra diavolo all of which I highly recommend. Plus, the vibe in there was just what you want in a cozy Italian restaurant. They also brought over an amuse bouche, gratis, which was delicious. I'll be back next time I'm in Denver for sure!

    We took our daughter there for her birthday and it was lovely. We were well taken care of with the house made burratta, ciabatta, pasta and pizza.

    Everything was a pleasure with the exception of the music. We were seated under a speaker, we asked for the volume to be reduced. Additionally, the Playlist was vocals from the 70s, 80s and 90s. Not dinnertime music.
