This restaurant was OK at most. The ambiance was the best part of experience. Waitress was not very knowledgeable of food . Pasta was bland and pasty . Steak was rubbery. Disappointed that our $120 bottle of Barolo came out to the table cold . Needed to request for a Decanter. Unfortunately tasted like cooking vinegar. Waitress was informed that wine was OFF tasting , no solution was given and she decided to ignore our existence for the rest of the night until the bill came to the table. Very Disappointed. Will not return .

This used to be one of my favourite places to go, but this time it was just mediocre. Food has gone downhill, and service was below expectations. Not sure what has changed but I was very disappointed. Not likely to return

It’s always a great time to dine at Lucia. Each time the food is delicious, the menu is thoughtful, the service is kind, and you feel that they genuinely appreciate each guest that walks through their doors!

We had a great new years meal! The reso had a 1.5 hrs time limit which was totally good and worked for us we actually needed to leave at that time so all good….we waited with our card out on the table for about 15 mins to pay again totally fine, a server comes by we are paying and actively slowly getting on scarves and hats and she goes, “thank you, please note we need the table in 4 mins so you’ll have to leave…”. I mean it was completely rude and unnecessary we were literally leaving…
