   I have a nut and chilli allergy, the meals I asked for I couldn’t have due to having chilli- marinated chicken skewers- I can appreciate they have chilli on but if your advertising food as cooked fresh to order then why can’t you do me plain chicken breast skewers, I then asked for the herb marinated chicken burger- I was told I couldn’t have this it’s in herbs. I’m not allergic to herb, the chef said you can’t have it. Surly you have a plain chicken breast. I wasn’t allowed a dessert i specifically said if things state may contain ( as everything does) it is ok I can eat it, your desserts are advertised or told to be home made notnkng on the dessert menu for nut allergens- however I’d like to point out you cater for gluten free vegan and vegetarian. An allergy isn’t a choice I don’t have a choice in this so to come here and bring my mum for a birthday lunch was just pointless. The waiter I had was absolutely useless, I have been to Lucia’s many times staff service and food has always been excellent but all of a sudden I can’t eat anything. It’s literally to cover yourselves it’s disgraceful I’m so dissapointed £100 on nothing.

   Excellent venue good service and excellent food. Had the lunch menu and it's excellent value for money

   I love coming to Lucia's. The ambiance is relaxed, the staff is friendly but professional, and the food is great, as always.

   We both ordered the roast beef Sunday dinner, service was quick but disappointingly the food wasnt very warm, the broccoli was fairly cold , Yorkshire pudding quite cold and the rest luke warm The flavours were lovely though especially the carrots and parsnips

   We haven’t been here or there sister restaurant Cut and craft for a year or so the food was below average Garlic bread thick base bottom quite stodgy we had the burgers no relish and pretty tasteless we paid the bill £93 including drinks and the service charge in reflection should have got them to remove the service charge but the service was ok just the food letting it down

   When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready and we were directed to an outdoor seat so waited in the cold. At the table, we waited another fifteen minutes for drinks. Food was ok - I’ve been to Lucia’s before and it was very disappointing in comparison. After our main course, we were asked if we wanted dessert but when we said we’d like dessert drinks we were told our time was up on the table. At this point we’d only been at the table for one hour. We were told we could move to the bar but, as we got up to move, another waitress brought people to the bar and there were no seats left. All in all, a terrible experience.

   Absolutely stunning place food amazing, pizza wasn’t anything special but the steak was amazing and the carbonara was the best my girlfriend has ever had

   My grandson had pizza , and he said it was lovely, My husband had steak as always when we dine here , I had a lasagna which was outstanding , Service is impeccable along with the ambiance and atmosphere, Carolina who booked us in and served us was just so polite cheerful, help in every way making my grandson his first time at Lucia an amazing experience, we just love Lucia and travel from Norfolk just to dine with you guys. 😃🥰

    Great food and ambience just let down during my dessert to be told the table was needed in 10 mins, 1hr 30 is not enough to enjoy 3 courses, felt like a canteen such a shame.
