   Was great! Lights upstairs seemed to flash with the music at times which was annoying at times and it was a bit cold, but overall very great!

Our bar team worked especially hard all season long to pump out complex cocktails as quickly as possible, but we understand there's always room for improvement!    Service was very poor- they couldn’t find my reservation and then there was multiple back and forths with people about where to sit us. The restaurant is not very child friendly. They don’t have a kids menu. My two year olds juice came in a glass cup with no straw. Guacamole was ok but wouldn’t get it again. The pizza was delicious though.

We've been severely booked all holiday season so making adjustments on our end can be tricky at times! We're also sorry to hear you didn't find us to be kid friendly. We definitely agree that your toddler's drink should have been served in a plastic kids cup and we'll be looking into this to ensure we don't run out of our stock on those moving forward.    My husband and I had an early dinner here. Was hoping to catch the Miracle decorations but didn’t realize it was over on Christmas Eve. The food was fantastic and our server was perfectly attentive. They were still offering the Miracle drink menu but the warm drinks were not ready upon our arrival. The price of the drinks for the amount you get is quite steep. Otherwise, another good experience.

This will be a topic of discussion as we look to make improvements for last year! Our Miracle pop-up each year ends on Christmas Eve so that we can prepare for our NYE Lucille Ball.    Waited 20+ minutes for our second round of drinks and our service was mediocre at best. I recognize it’s December 23rd but there were empty tables all over the restaurant. Was very disappointed considering the price of our bill. Our waitstaff even have the nerve to tell us they had another reservation in 15 minutes upon serving our drinks that took forever to get. The “magic” was definitely not there for our party of six!!!

   Hi Mary, thanks for your feedback! It's been a bustling holiday season for us and we're sorry to hear you were let down by the timing of your drink service. Our bar team has worked very hard all holiday season to keep up with inventory and pump complex cocktails out as quickly as possible. We're sorry to hear this had such a negative impact on your experience with us. We do state within our booking software that each reservation is given a 2hr timeslot so that we can accommodate following reservations as we often have 5 reservations booked at each table per service! We're sorry our efforts didn't live up to your expectations and we'll certainly consider your feedback as we look to make improvements for next year.

   Ambiance was great! It’s a wonderful spot to hang out. We also ordered a pizza that was great. The drinks were not that great, especially the mocktails we ordered seemed to be overpriced and it wasn’t even mixed. The service could also be improved, we had to wait a very long time for our server if we ever needed drinks—the food came out very quickly though!

   Love the holiday pop-up, but we got seated 20 minutes after our reservation time, and there isn’t good space to wait so it felt chaotic. Once seated, we were told the bar was running ~15 minutes behind. Super frustrating when you’ve made a reservation. A couple of the holiday special cocktails were out, which is fairly common a bit later in the pop up. Overall, still good, but pretty disappointing.

We did our best to communicate with guests about turn times at tables, but admittedly there were a few that lingered past their allotted time which caused following reservations to have to wait to be seated.     The food and service were good. We were upset about the usual wine list not being available. It is usually decent but this night was very minimal and we were told, due to the holiday cocktail list you weren’t offering your wine list. It was very busy and very loud to begin with and then a jazz band started playing. Although the music was good, it was so incredibly loud, our table of 4 were literally screaming at eachother and still could not hear eachother. We had just finished our meal and ordered another cocktail. The waitress delivered our drinks and told us our time was up and our table was needed. Between that news and the fact that we couldn’t have a conversation, we left our full drinks on the table and found another location with a wine list and suitable for a conversation. We’ve been coming to “Miracle” for years now, but I think our time is done.

Given the complexity of our holiday menu, we have to make adjustments to our regular offerings due storage restrictions in-house. And our holiday cocktails take priority throughout December!
