   Service was great, my wife and I went with my two young daughters 4&7 years old. There was a big party of 20 , so the waiter made sure to get my daughter’s order in ahead of time and front of the line. It came out fast! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. We ordered the truffle fries and they came out very oily. We did not complain but the staff noticed and brought us a complementary order of truffle fries on the house. I would 100 percent recommend this place and I will be back very soon

   So good! Our waitress was amazing, food absolutely delicious! You don’t mind spending money to eat out when it’s this good! I had raw oysters and lamb shank dinner 5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We sat there for 15+ minutes and no one acknowledged us, even to take drink orders. Not trying to be crazy, but when you have a babysitter for a couple of hours, you can't wait around on slow service. . Just got the sense that they had too many customers for the amount of staff they had, so we left. We have gone there before and had a great meal with great service. Just didn't happen this time. We will still go back at some point.

   Usually a fan of coming to Lume but not after my last experience. I suggested this restaurant for the food, and good vibes and thought it would be a great place to unwind and catch up with a friend, however it was far from that. We were rushed the entire time and was told by our server numerous times that we were “so slow”. Our meals were constantly being rushed off of our table although we were asked multiple times If we were okay which we confirmed. We were clear when ordering there we did not care what order our dishes came out in, however our server went out of her way to apologize that our food was coming out so fast since we were “so slow”. We ordered a bottle of champagne and couldn’t enjoy it without being made feel like it was time to leave. This is unacceptable. I can understand making a joke the first time but the constant jabs about how “slow” we were is unacceptable. Do better.

   We ordered the lobster roll and beet salad. The disappointment came when the lobster roll came with salad instead of fries (we weren't asked). So we had a whole lot of salad which sadly was made of the same green mix. For the price level at the restaurant, I would expect just the attention to detail. The table next to us was served before we did when they arrived after us. The restaurant wasn't that busy but it seemed only 1 server alloted to the whole restaurant.
