   Mother's day-we were told could only order from the smaller Mother's Day brunch menu which was a nice brunch selection. Problem was when I had found Lume online I saw more selections on the regular menu for my mother who has many food restrictions. I saw several more options that I thought she would like. So when we found out we could only order from the Brunch menu, mom had only one option. It was great though....when we finally got our food after over half an hour. The music was many times too loud to hold a comfortable conversation. When it came to ordering dessert, my husband had decided on something from the Brunch menu we were told we had to order from, yet when after our delicious mains of Salmon Eggs Benedict, Frissee salad and French Toast we wanted to order dessert we were given the regular dessert menu. We were given one napkin and 3 dessert forks ahead of the desserts arrival. It was so comical. My mother tore it in half to share with me...My mother and decided on Key Lime pies, my husband was disappointed not to see his choice which was on the Brunch menu. The server gave the wrong menu and we all decided on the Brunch menu selection of Lemon Merangue- it came after quite some time again and without the MERANGUE! We didn't notice right away as we were busy discussing the loud music and poor service. The server did come by the take the "Merangues" back saying she brought it without...it took more time. All we could do is laugh about this experience. The food was all very good and thank goodness the Lemon Merangue was excellent! We will not return.

   the place is very classy, went for Mothers Day brunch and was quite impressed. Even though they were extremely busy the food came out very hot which was a pleasant surprise. Will definetly go back.

   You rarely see this level of customer service in the GTA anymore. It was truly exceptional. While we were waiting for the hostess to set our table, we were greeted by five different staff members who ensured we weren’t left waiting and that we were well taken care of. Once seated, our server, Kaleb, was incredibly friendly and made some great recommendations. The rest of the team didn’t hesitate to stop by our table to check on us—something you rarely experience elsewhere, where it often feels like you’re left waiting for your server to find you or being ignored. Kaleb suggested the lamb shank, and it was excellent. If I could, I’d give this restaurant a 10 just for the customer service alone, but the food was outstanding as well.

   Caleb was our server and just lovely! He made a special effort to make our mom a dry cappuccino on his own! We loved the food, ambience and parking was easy in back! Will be back as the brunch was delicious and portion sizes were good too!🤍

   We had a wonderful selection of menu items including cocktails. The Brussel Sprouts, truffle fries, fish tacos, chicken, and the cuban. All were amazing

   Everything on the menu sounded yummy so we decided to order a bunch of appetizers and they were all delicious. We’ll order entrees next time. Drinks were great. We caught the tail end of happy hour and got great prices on a couple of our drinks. Can’t wait to go back and order the entrees and more signature cocktails!
