   It was the worst experience. I waited ten minutes before I could get a server to check me in, and the area near the bar was empty. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the waiter. I asked the waiter what the hold-up was; he said they were trying to figure out who would serve me. Are you serious? You can figure that out later, but greet me and bring me some water. I left and will not return.

   Ambiance is top tier. They have the perfect balance of music and lighting for a perfect night out. The food was great and spicy orecchiette is highly recommended.

   First time here Saturday 5pm dinner, not busy at all. Very cute & classy restaurant. Food was beautifully presented! Food & drinks were excellent. Great service.

   Incredible fresh made pasta! The style of the restaurant is also very ornate. Great wine choices too. Very much enjoyed the service. We will be back.

    I recently dined at Lyla to celebrate my birthday, and overall, the experience had its highs and lows. Starting with the positives—the service was absolutely 10/10! Our waiter was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the meal. Their kindness really stood out and added a personal touch to our celebration. However, the check-in experience left something to be desired. The lady at the front was a bit rude and abrupt, informing us that we needed to be out of our seats by 7:30 PM because another party was scheduled. This made us feel rushed, and unfortunately, that impacted our meal. Our food came out cold, but given the time constraints, we weren’t able to send it back. While the atmosphere and service from our waiter were great, the rushed experience and cold food were disappointing. I’d still consider coming back, but I’d hope for a more relaxed and welcoming experience next time!
