   On this occasion, we were disappointed with the service and the manner in which we were received. It took them a while to set up the table for us in the way we would have expected from an expensive restaurant. The waiting staff were a bit off-hand. The main courses were very good. The starters and dessert were too expensive.

   The food exceeded expectations in particular the scallops although they had a price supplement of £8, the chicken also was excellent. Nice wine Viognier. We were served the wrong starters and were promised a free dessert for a birthday member of the party but sadly this was not reflected in the bill . Overall really enjoyed our meal .

   Very good set lunch, good choices, although one of the hors d'oeuvres options had run out, Very popular and busy, deservedly so. On seeing that my left wrist was in plaster, our waiter very kindly and helpfully cut up my main dish meat for me (liver and bacon, beautifully cooked). Thank you again for your consideration. We were three diners, friends celebrating my birthday, and we had a very good time. I will return with confidence, and will make sure to come earlier, so that choices don't run out.

   Booking online was a new experience for us. It worked with no problems at all. The ambience was very much of a bistro. The reception at the restaurant was courteous and welcoming. The assistance with making a choice from the menu was perfect. Our hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine pairing. We had a wonderful time.

   We were seated promptly and attended to straight away. Our dinner was excellent. The food was delicious, great variety and specials for the day. Service was great attentive and helpful. Wine list reasonable priced and timed well with our meals. Lovely quaint ambiance with French bistrot feel. Lovely all round..

   Ma Cuisine is always consistently excellent. A gem near Kew Garden. Excellent service and wonderful French cuisine. Love the French jazz background music!
