   Second time there and loved it just as much as the first time. Nice quiet and little restaurant gives a nice ambiance. Food portions were perfect and had me feeling very satisfied and not overwhelmed, able to finish all my food. Banana pudding dessert was delicious. Brunch was delicious. Waiter was very kind and nice and attentive. Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time.

   I dined at Mabu for my birthday, I was intrigued when I saw ratatouille on the menu. The environment is warm, dimly lit, and cozy without feeling cramped. Our server was amazing and attentive, he ran the entire dining room alone- giving everyone the same high quality service. The food was excellent, I had the ratatouille and my girlfriend enjoyed the shepherds pie. These are the only two vegetarian options on the entree menu, but both worth the try. We also enjoyed a baguette to start which was so delicious. The restaurant is byob so we were also able to enjoy wine with our dinner. I would definitely recommend, reservations are necessary because the space is so small!

   Went to Mabu Kitchen for the duck entrée but unfortunately they were sold out. That just means I have to visit again :) Our waitress was great and very attentive. Overall, a great first experience.

   Amazing food! We had the Boeuf Bourguignon and the Ratatouille, both were very good. The deserts were similarly superb. Our waitresses was very nice and shared lots of great info about Philadelphia.

   Food was delicious. We had the Caesar salad, salmon, and smash burger. Service was friendly and professional. Romantic and intimate vibe. Highly recommend.

   Second time back for brunch, and Mabu keeps growing on me. Lovely intimate space, nice background music, wonderful menu, warm service, reasonable prices - what more could you ask for? I had the French omelet last time and the Croque Madame this time, both of which were terrific. The accompanying salad was also simple and tasty - a pleasant surprise when so many side salads at restaurants don't complement the food or add anything. The only downside is that I live in the suburbs - if i were closer, I would be eating there every week!

    The website did not indicate that a special, very limited menu would be available on Valentine's Day. As a vegetarian, the limited options were not appealing.
