Owned and operated by renowned Chef, Samuel Dominguez. Located right in the heart of Downtown Greenville SC. Come experience our delighted French-Argentinian cuisine with a southern twist! Dinner, you will find White tablecloth fine dining dinner service or come relax and have a casual bistro set lunch and Saturday brunch with us.

For those real hidden gem thrill seekers and cocktail explorers; Entre Nous is our brand new, must try speakeasy located just next door to us in the Poinsett Plaza. A 1920's era prohibition vibe sets the scene as soon as you walk in if you're able to get your hands on the secret passcode to open the door. A unique experience aside from Maestro's.

Chef did an outstanding job! Innovated, interesting menu. The smoke on the Oysters Rockefeller was best I’ve ever had! Both our entrees were excellent. Service was very good, happy and attentive. Highly recommend!

We met friends for dinner at Maestro Bistro. This was our first time, but not our friends. This is a wonderful restaurant with an amazing menu. The drinks are fantastic, and the wait staff is amazing! There was not a single dish that we tried that wasn't absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere is so nice, and it would be a great romantic place to have dinner. We will definitely add this to our "return" list. Don't miss this place and ask for the code for the speakeasy next door.

Comped to De-Comped Nothing says “fine dining” like being told your entire meal is comped—only to be hunted down 30 minutes later and asked to pay for it. We’ve been to this restaurant four times, and after this experience, there won’t be a fifth. The food? Decent, but nowhere near $260-for-two good. The ambiance? Let’s just say a walking tour took over a 12-seat table, and their guide was giving a full-volume history lesson for the whole restaurant to hear. The staff was friendly enough, but the real issue came with the bill. The waitress told us the owner and chef wanted to cover the entire meal as a birthday gesture. We even confirmed they meant the whole bill, not just dessert. Pleasantly surprised, we left a generous tip and headed to their speakeasy next door. Then, just as we were enjoying a drink, the maitre d’ found us, awkwardly explaining there had been a mistake and we actually did need to pay. To “make up for it,” they offered to take a little off the bill. That little turned out to be less than $15. Super confused and trying not to embarrass my wife, I just handed over my card. But honestly? The damage was done. It wasn’t the money—it was the absolute weirdest fine dining experience I’ve ever had. For a place that pretends to be high-end, this was amateur hour. Never again.

The food menu had so many wonderful options it was difficult to choose. I went with a salad, and 2 appetizers, and much to my surprise they were all MASSIVE portions! You definitely get your money's worth!

This was a totally nice dining experience. It was disappointing to see an almost empty restaurant that has so much to offer. We had the fish special and a vegan main, both excellent, and the empanadas also were really special. I highly recommend it, not to be missed!

We went during restaurant week and they were super busy! The food was amazing the only issue was they ran out of the desserts they were supposed to have. Unfortunately the options provided were not ones my husband or I would eat. Our waiter jumped on it and found us an acceptable substitute and we appreciated that! The food was absolutely divine!

Service was slow, not enough servers. They were out of all wines we picked & substitutes were unsatisfying. Menu choices were also unsatisfying. Plus, the music was bad & very loud.
