Our first time. Very pleased all around. Menu might be a bit limited for frequent repeat visits, but everything was delicious, and a variety of plate sizes facilitates a mosaic of options perhaps not immediately apparent with only 3 regular large plates. Some daily specials, too. Cozy ambience, friendly, low-key, attentive service. Definitely going back!

Our second visit didn’t disappoint! The atmosphere is comfortable, casual and relaxing. We both ordered large plate dinners, lamb bolognese with polenta and the chicken with Brussels sprouts and rice. Portions are good, food was served warm (good on a cold winter night) leaving us satisfied but not too full. The staff are attentive and polite. We recommend Magissa for an evening out.
