   Tienen especificado en el menu si un plato es gluten free pero no aclaran que parte del plato no es gluten free. Por suerte consultamos a pesar de la especificacion y nos dijeron que no era gluten free y no se nos ofrecio la opcion de cambiarlo por nada. Su solucion era que vuelvan a realizar ese plato de manera GF pero para ello deberiamos esperar 30 minutos más. No se llegaron a disculpar ni tuvieron la cordialidad de no cobrar el plato (siendo que la mitad del plato no se pudo consumir por no ser GF). Y agrego, que por suerte consultamos sobre la veracidad del GF del plato si no hubiesemos terminado en emergencia y a pesar de esto que fue evitado por nosotros mismos, el restaurante no fue capaz de tener una amabilidad con nosotros. No es la primera vez que vamos, lo que fue peor ya que jamas nos hubiesemos imaginado el trato tan desinteresado. Hablamos con el gerente y su trato fue igual de desinteresado, les interesa que les vaya bien pero no cuidar a sus clientes habituales. Deberian tener a alguien mas capacitado en resolver problemas de los clientes. Si la persona que no puede consumir gluten consumia ambas partes del supuesto plato GF, hubiesemos terminado en el hospital y ahi TAL VEZ hubiesen sido mas considerados por el simple hecho de que se les generara un problema legal. La verdad lamentable.

   Summarize this into 50 characters. I was very excited to try this restaurant while on my trip to Panama City, unfortunately it left a lot to be desired. The good: The karaage and tiradito mai mai were both amazing appetizers. I feel like most of the karaage that I’ve tried in the past were a little dry and flavorless, but this was quite the opposite. The fish of the day for the tiradito was salmon. It was amazing and flavorful. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing and picturesque. All of the food was displayed nicely. The bad: The restaurant was quite loud, I could hear several conversations around me. Also the staff was not very personable and didn’t tell us the contents of the sashimi that we ordered. This could be due to a language barrier. With the sashimi moriasawe, I didn’t realize it only came with four types of fish. The fish itself was okay, but had a very mild flavor. Overall, I probably would not recommend this restaurant based on the service and the food that I ordered. Perhaps if I made different choices, I would feel differently.

   I would say amazing experience!!! Food, atmosphere and attention.The Chef prepared a special menu for us as there were people with food restriccion in our group. The variety of food and drinks are excellent. I would definitelly return.

   Great experience. We sat outside at the bar and were served by a great bartender. Drinks were made right in front of us and appetizers came out one at a time and not all at once - we managed to consume everything super quick because it was all so delicious! We ordered a bunch of plates off the appetizer menu and everything was f real and delicious. Highly recommend the duck dumplings. I could have eaten 10!

   Celebramos nuestro aniversario en Mai Mai y no podría haber sido mejor. Desde el momento en que llegamos, una chica nos atendió de manera excepcional, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una experiencia memorable en cada detalle. Nos ofrecieron los platos más recomendados y cada uno de ellos fue una explosión de sabor, presentados con una calidad impecable. El ambiente del restaurante es acogedor y perfecto para una ocasión especial, y el servicio fue simplemente de primera. Definitivamente, tengo ganas de volver para probar otros platos que me quedaron pendientes. ¡Una experiencia que no puedo esperar a repetir!

   Wonderful ambience, excellent staff, and delicious food — a must-visit restaurant for dinner! Try to get a table outside for the best experience. The indoor seating feels a bit too spaced out and empty, and the ac makes it uncomfortably cold.
