   1.5 hour wait for two drinks and queso. Canceled out order and left. This is two times in a row now. Won’t go back, which is a shame because the food is great.

   When I arrived for my reservation, no hostess was up front I waited for like 30 mins until a woman came to the check stand and tried to tell me she had to cancel my reservation and it was a 2 hour wait. Then she decided to sit us down after telling her how long we waited for someone. My waitress came and sang happy birthday while I was in the bathroom without even giving me a notice. And on top on that she dropped my shot and still left it at the table half empty. Worst birthday experience I’ve had. Worst service I’ve had I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!

   Reservation at 5- the guy that came out of the men’s room to seat us with gloves on said kitchen is not open until 6. He made our drinks at the bar with the same gloves- we decided to pay and leave. It took us 20 minutes to get the drinks while he kept going to get supplies. We were the only ones there. In the restroom no soap and water did not work in two faucets. This place looks run down and poorly managed. Why take reservations at 5 when you don’t serve food until 6? Seems like you need to open at 6 if you are not even ready for the bar to be open either. We passed. Now I know why nobody has ever mentioned this place to me.

   Food was good - but took 2 hours to get drinks/food. Understaffed so not the waiters fault, but we ended up leaving and going elsewhere that could accommodate us. It wasn’t busy, so shouldn’t have taken the time it did.

   Very disappointed in this place. Food was good but it took 2 hours to get it. Server wasn’t attentive or friendly. At 7pm it was basically a club vibe with a very loud DJ. We won’t be dinning here again.

    I brought my best friend here for his birthday because it has always been his favorite place. We specifically came on Thursday for the buy one Tomahawk, get one free special. Before our visit, I called to confirm the promotion and asked if they could do something special for his birthday. Everything seemed set. When we arrived and started ordering, we were told they didn’t have any Tomahawks and hadn’t had them for a while. That should have been communicated over the phone when I called to confirm. Additionally, there was no acknowledgment of my friend’s birthday—not even a simple gesture. Then came the food issues. Everything was ice cold—literally refrigerator cold. I ordered a steak medium rare, and it came out well-done (no pink at all). When I pointed this out, the server told me, “That’s how we do our medium rare.” She offered to replace it but then informed me they were out of steak. Instead, she brought me three tacos, but two were inedible because the queso (or cheese dip) was completely cold. When I let her know, she just took the tacos away and brought me the bill without removing them. I had to ask for both the steak and tacos to be taken off. Overall, the food was disappointing, the service was lacking, and the experience wasn’t what it used to be. I remember this place being packed, full of energy, and serving incredible food. Sadly, this is the second visit in a row that has been underwhelming, and I’m not sure I’ll be back.
