   We had an amazing night at Mana, and I can’t recommend it enough! The set menu was a real treat, introducing us to flavors we’d never tried before. We kicked things off with the Aleppo Cauliflower, which totally changed the way we think about cauliflower. The combo of Thyme Labneh and Hazelnut Crumble was just perfect together, making for a burst of deliciousness. Then, we had the Smoked Beet as our first dish, and it was super impressive, especially with the pickled shishitos adding a nice kick. The Roasted Butternut Squash Soup was comforting and really hit the spot, with just the right amount of spice thanks to the Harissa. As for the main event, the Nigela Seared Coho Salmon was spot-on, served with a buttery sauce that kept us thinking about it long after. To freshen up our palates, we enjoyed a refreshing Huckleberry Juniper Gelée, Grapefruit slices, and a fun treat (remember pop rocks as a child) with Carbonated Sugar. The highlight of the night was definitely the Braised Lamb Shank, super tender and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with nettle spätzle. We wrapped up the night with a mind-blowing Cinnamon Maple Chocolate Mousse, which was just delightful. All in all, Mana gave us a unique and unforgettable dining experience, making it the perfect spot for a special date night or just a fun night out with friends in a casual atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!

   Our dinner at Mana was truly one of the most exceptional dining experiences we've ever had. We were seated in the charming 'greenhouse' area, which provided a beautifully serene and intimate setting for our party of three – perfect for conversation. The service was impeccable; every member of the staff treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Served via a group service format, we got to know several of the staff back stories which was very fun. One owned a flower farm and was expecting his first child in the next couple of days! Friendly and casual rather than stuffy and formal. They exceeded 5-star expectations from the moment we stepped through the door. Each course was meticulously presented, with thoughtful explanations of the ingredients and preparation, showcasing the chef's passion and expertise. We were particularly delighted when the executive chef personally delivered a couple of our dishes, a testament to their commitment to guest experience. The salmon, as well as the non-alcoholic elixir pairing was a standout, with perfectly cooked food and matched pairings. My wife, daughter, and I left with a unanimous desire to return for our next special occasion. Thank you to the entire Mana team for creating such a memorable and extraordinary evening.

   Our experience with Mana was AMAZING, the food, the wine and the service were above and beyond. We will be going back for sure. If your not sure about going because you don’t know what the menu is going to be or if you think the price is a little to steep just go for it because it’s worth every penny.

   An absolutely fantastic meal and experience! They have wonderful staff that clearly pride themselves on good service. Some dishes were more inventive than others, but every bite was well balanced and delicious. The proteins were cooked to perfection. The wine pairings were spot on.

   Mana is an absolutely unique experience. All ingredients are locally. sourced, and the list of ingredients is totally different. The menu is set, only one sitting, but each course is different, wonderfully tasty and explained by the staff. A flight of beverages, either alcoholic or nonalcoholic, to accompany each course is available. I recommend you choose whichever option you prefer. The whole experience is totally different. The pace is relaxed, neither rushed nor delayed. Descriptions of the courses are really good, and the fact that the staff comes by with each and includes further details makes it even better. I have been there several times, and each time the list of ingredients and then the wonderful flavors blow me away. I highly recommend Mana.

   Incredible dining experience. Everything was delicious. Nice size portions for each course. The wine pairing and mocktail pairing was spot on. The chef and his team were all delightful and engaging. I will absolutely be going back, and recommend Mana to all my friends.

     we had a great experience in one of Manas igloos until our heater went out and they didn’t know what to do to fix it. Once this occurred, the service drastically decreased, and they just kind of ignored that we were in the igloo in the freezing cold. Then I got a bill that didn’t add up correctly and had to go inside and address it.  They had accidentally credited our hundred dollar cash to another table. Put a damper on the nice experience we had had and the good food.  we got lots of I’m sorrys, but nothing was comped and overall came home disappointed. Would unfortunately not recommend unfortunately.
