    The mussels were extraordinary. It was totally what I was in the mood for! The Cowboys steak, was weak. The cut was a little floppy and flabby and thin and for the price it was not worth it. My kids always finish up all the french fries but there were leftover french fries so That says a lot. The fish and chips were really good. Overall, I love the mussels and the fish of the fish and chips. Service was average. He was nice, but not extra extraordinary. Didn’t go with the extra mile for anything.

    We hosted our adult children for an after Christmas dinner and concert in Banff. All the staff were welcoming and efficient. Our server Julian was excellent. He attended to our diet need and faster than normal turnaround sour to the Banff Springs concert ticket timing. We enjoyed the salmon entrees, short ribs, cowboy steak and bison pasta. All excellent and done quickly - the kitchen really did well for us. We highly recommend the Maple Leaf and will return.
