Drink, dance and live the speakeasy lifestyle in this heritage-listed underground bar and music venue. Built in in the former Adams Hotel in 1893, the Victorian structure was painstakingly dismantled, transported and reassembled in Hilton Sydney 1973 – where the restored mahogany bar and marble archways still awe guests to this day.

Upon our arrival we made ourselves known to a staff member and were disappointed to find that a table hadn't been reserved for us. Luckily for us, a couple were leaving and offered us their table. I understand that the bar was busy and that there are disclaimers that there is no guarantee etc but it had me wondering, if I had not made myself known to a staff member would my credit card have been debited by the no show fine of $50?

Hi, I’m unable to judge the food, as I never dined, the atmosphere and decor was stunning, I was running really late for my table, I tried to contact the venue several times to inform them but the servers were down, and once I arrived my table had been given away, which is understandable, I just hope I don’t get charged for it. Despite this, I will return as the venue is very good.
