   Had Christmas Day Brunch reservations that I made through Open Table. Received at least 2 confirmations. Arrived at Westfields Marriott at the reserved time only to find out that the hotel had CANCELLED brunch for Christmas Day. I was there with my elderly mother and two other people. It was a disaster! We had to really scramble to find another restaurant, which was not easy given that it was Christmas Day and there were not a lot of options. Very disappointed. No one ever called me or emailed me to let me know that they had cancelled the brunch. The management handled things very poorly--no offers of any kind of compensation for our inconvenience. I do not recommend this venue at all and will never go back.

   We've frequented the Westfields Marriott brunch on and off for years. The price has now doubled since we started going per person ( $90) and the service has steadily declined. I shouldn't have to get up from my seat and ask twice for a coffee refill. Hard pass for the future.

   The price went up and desert selections seemed fewer. No more open bar. Food was very good overall. Very nice place to have Thanksgiving dinner.

   My experience compared to last year ( Mother’s Day brunch ) was a little disappointing. You can tell the Dining management and team have changed. The staff did not seemed, well fully staffed. The gentleman who was supposed to direct people into the dining room, did not seem to know where he sat someone. Also, I don’t think people knew gratuity was not included. While this may be a good thing ( no gratuity) for the customer; the server may end up getting stiffed . Also no one handed out flowers this year, or least when we kept our reservations at 1:45. Overall the experience was okay compared to last year. I hope it improves, my mother loves coming to this place.

   This is our 3rd year having Mother's Day brunch here. Unfortunately, this year, we experienced horrible service. We had to flag down a waiter or waitress to even get water and had to request our check twice and wait more than 30 minutes to get the bill! It was as if we did not have a server assigned to our table at all. This will be our last time coming to this brunch. It was not a good experience.

   Having attended Mother's Day brunch here on numerous occasions, I am sad to watch the value erode to the point where we may not attend again. The numbers of ice sculptures and large floral pieces, which provided great ambiance, are on an annual decline; lack of a piano player, present in years past, was also notable. One station providing waffles was woefully insufficient. While the food was still delicious, the number of choices in each category seems to have dwindled. Simply said, I feel this brunch no longer worth the price.

   Mother's day brunch was truly amazing. The selection of food was extensive and good quality. However, the service was slow and sub par. For $89 per person, you would expect better. Also, I was a bit taken aback when they added a 22% service charge because we had 6 people (or more) in our group, and it was buffet - they only brought drinks and cleared plates! Overall it was a very nice experience, but not worth the cost.

   Don't know if it was an April Fool's joke or what. Made reservation for Brunch on Easter Sunday expecting the buffet as in past years. Arrived at the appointed time on Sunday (11AM) to find the whole place closed for a private event. This was evidently either an error by the Open Table reservation system or the Marriot system. There should not have been any availability advertised when the place was effectively closed. Finding another alternative with no advance notice on a popular day like Easter was nearly impossible and very inconvenient.

   Busted. No longer serving brunch. Although we were able to make a reservation on Open Table, AND we received multiple confirmations, when we arrived, we were informed that they no longer serve brunch. We ended up going to Eggspectations.

    The Marriott changed times that they serve and my wife and I had picked this for our 1 Anniversary Brunch, needless to say when we booked and were allowed to book for 11:15 only to be told that they had stopped serving at 11 we were pretty disappointed.. this used to be a great property looks like it’s going down hill now
