   Web site menu is not what they have. Steak under cooked and tough, pasta blend, chicken is just ok..wife did enjoy the snapper.. just didn't feel like a $200 dinner.service is great...

   We usually go to restaurants like these for the atmosphere and love experiencing new places. The experience was top tier BUT the only issue that we ran into was the delay time and there was no dough for pizza unfortunately. Overall it was a great experience, 3 out of 5 stars.

   On Valentine's Day, we dined at this restaurant with a set menu. Unfortunately, the service was excruciatingly slow, and our server seemed inattentive. While the food was good, the poor service overshadowed the experience. Regrettably, we do not plan on returning to this establishment.

   I understand that it was Valentine’s night, but our service was definitely low. It seemed as if our waiter made his other tables a priority and ignored us most of the night until it was time to tip.

   Valentine set menu was full of great options, the filet Marvino’s style was excellent but the au gratin potatoes were cold. The crab cake and desserts (cheesecake and key lime pie) were great. Our waitress was good but her helper was an older man - he was outstanding!

   The food and service was really good. My major complaint, was that I made reservations for Valentine's Day, and there was nothing that indicated a pre fixe menu. Both of us had been looking forward to our meals and had looked over them menu even the day before. There was absolutely no warning of the pre fixe meals, neither of us would have selected things from it. Highly disappointed with that detail. While it didn't ruin my wife and my date night, it definitely diminished some of our excitement.

   First time was for Valentine's Day. It's rare we get to celebrate on the actual day, so we took the opportunity to explore a new place. First, I was confused how an ITALIAN Steakhouse did not offer a pasta dish at all. Second, I was surprised not have an Italian restaurant staple Tiramisu offered as a dessert. Ordered wine and that took a bit longer than expected since my wife just wanted a White Zin, and they had two options, and he could not find them to present those options to her for what seemed like minutes. When we went to order the waiter was trying to enter it into a device in front of us and was very unfamiliar or just not tech savvy. We each ordered the same 3 courses and only asked to have our steak cooked differently. Everything else was as it was presented on the menu and yet it took the better part of 5 minutes with him standing there to take our order. The wine came and it was great. The food came and it was incredible. The steak was both cooked the same even thought my wife ordered something different. Decided not to send it back. It took at least 10 min for my wife to flag someone down and then get a cup of coffee with dessert. Overall, a very expensive meal that did not have the level of service we are used to for that price point. We won't be back.
