I would have gave 4 stars because the service and ambiance was very great. I made reservations for a party of 3 only had the option of ordering for the valentine 3 course menu which was fine the options were delicious. Until my sister got to her dessert and discovered a long blonde hair, looking as if the prep people are not wearing hair nets. We did have several people ask if she wanted something else but after that no she wasn’t interested. I was expecting atleast 10% be taken off for that due to us paying for the 3 course experience of $85 pp but no we still received a full $340 check. Next time hold the blonde hairs in the dessert

Restaurant was vey busy for the valentines occasion but staff handle pressure very well and seated us as quickly as possible. Bartender was very rude and unpleasant to my date and I. We sat there for about 30 minutes while waiting to be seated and we were not acknowledged for the first 23 minutes. He accused our ID of being fake and questioned our age even after verifying the drivers license was real and valid. If see a bald guy with glasses at the bar, be aware he may not give the best service and he will be very rude and standoffish. Dinner however after being seated was great and our server Kenny showed attentiveness and kept us laughing during our small interactions. Also met Mr. Tony Masraff himself and even talked with him a bit. He helped my date up from her chair and helped her with putting her coat back on. Nice to see an owner be so polite and kind to the customer!! Great overall experience, but I will never done at their bar again, absolutely terrible experience.

Didn’t have the best Valentines Day experience due to an hour wait even with a reservation. My wait would’ve been longer if I didn’t keep checking in with the host. Supposedly someone used my name to skip the line. I don’t know what caused such a huge delay in being seated and served on such a special day and they didn’t offer any complimentary champagne or anything in response to what appeared to be an overbooking and unprepared staff. This was quite frustrating for majority of the people waiting. Once I asked the hostess about the delay and they realized someone used my name to skip the line they say is down immediately in the parlor area which was peaceful and calm. Our server was sweet and did his best to make up for the inconvenience of time. Reservation was for 9:45 didn’t get seated til 10:45, left around 12. The food on the other hand was delicious as expected! The calamari and oyster were a great start, full of flavor and vibrant! We had the sea bass and snapper which was also well cooked and flavorful! My sticky toffee pudding on the other hand wasn’t warm, tasted fresh out of the refrigerator. Overall Masraffs is a great restaurant but dropped the ball on this Valentines Day! I recommend going to a regular day or night!

Don’t bother for a busy night. About a year ago we had our first date here, so we went back for Valentine’s Day. Our reservation had a non-refundable fee. We showed up on time but had to stand around the hostess table with two dozen other people for over half an hour while waiting to be seated. No drinks, no bench, no nothing while we waited. We even tried to cancel the reservation when it became clear they wouldn’t be able to honor their end of it, but to get out of the nonrefundable fee, we had to talk to the manager. The manager suggested it would be reasonable for us to stand around for 45 minutes to wait for our reserved table. Once we were finally seated and ordered off of the fixed menu, they were out of multiple things. They didn’t have the drink I ordered. The strawberry crème brûlée I ordered sounded fantastic, but instead I ended up with basically a chocolate lava cake. With the check, they brought a single, long-stem rose to many couples, but even that courtesy they were unable to afford us. At least my date and I got to bond over our shared disappointment. In sum, Masraff’s could not afford to deliver the premium service that their premium pricing implies you will receive.

Food was outstanding. I like that Tony Masraff went to each table to check on us even on a busy Valentine’s night.
