   We had to wait for 20 mins to get our seat eventhough we had a reservation. It took them almost 45 mins to serve us with the 1st meal which was a soup and it was cold. I had to choose vegeratian option as I have seafood allergy and they brought a small plate of root vegetables for the course. Overall, bad service, very low food and had paid extremely overpriced value for a 7 course meal which was cold and not even filling!

   Bad and non tasty food. Looks like the chef never do a previous taste proof of the menu. Poor portions. Very expensive and hidden price during the reservation. Just great views.

   Extremely disappointing NYE dinner, from the food to the (lack of) service and dirty washrooms. Our 90 min set course ran into 2.5hrs making us miss our midnight plans. Hidden fees, rude servers and pedestrian food was a huge let down.

   Food portions were very little for the price of meal. Also, errors were made by kitchen staff regarding my daughter’s allergies even though we mentioned it beforehand and while having our meal. My daughter unfortunately has a reaction before the end of the meal resulting in our early departure before midnight buffet and dancing. Would not return.

   We paid nearly $700CAD for the New Years Eve 7 course meal for two people (including a couple of cocktails each). One of us was unable to eat seafood and the only way the restaurant was prepared to accommodate was to offer him the 7-course vegetarian option rather than substituting the dishes with seafood in them for a non-seafood option. In other circumstances, that wouldn’t bother us but for the price, it didn’t seem unreasonable to be able to cater for dietaries - particularly since at the time of booking the menu suggested that certain dishes could be substituted. We were told we had a strict 90 minute seating - which for 7 courses is a big ask - so every single course was extremely rushed and we were certainly not encouraged to linger over any of the courses. The food itself was underwhelming for the price. The pasta dish consisted of a single piece of ravioli which tasted nice but looked almost comical on the plate - it was as though this restaurant was attempting to be a Michelin star restaurant but fell well, well short. Overall a big disappointment and not the best way to close out 2024.

   So… this was far from our idea of an ideal dining experience. We were seated at a table with a broken light which resulted in tweaking light throughout the whole experience. We decided that this was something we could live with. Our waiter seamed distant and forgot to bring our drinks until we were halfway done with our food. The food it self would have made a true Italian turn in his grave. The bolognese were very simple, boring and nothing like the real deal. Even the burrata salad didn’t have much taste to it, and that’s pretty hard to mess up since the ingredients with a little salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic really speak for them selves. Lastly, the restrooms were extremely unhygienic which left you with little to no appetite… All in all - a very low standard place especially for the price.

    The experience at this restaurant did not start off on a good note. We got to the restaurant 30 mins early to get a drink at the bar. The greeter had an attitude before even saying hello as i just peak into the place to take a look. He than told me I was early and I could wait in the hallway as they don’t allow drinks at the bar. Ok no problem (very rude). They got us seated maybe 5-10 mins later. Once we were at the table the server came over right way. Took drinks and food. Food was very good but a little over priced for size of plates. When we finished apps, about 5 or 6 different people walked by our table didn’t even take our plates. Our food came out as the app plates were being taken. Thank god this pasta was very good other wise this place would have gotten 2 stars. Customer obsession needs to be learned by this staff. Do recommend for the food but break out your wallet
