I’ve been to Mastello a handful of times. I decided to share the experience with someone who has never been. I ended up sending her filet back and when it arrived back at the table it still was not cooked to correct temperature. She decided to eat the filet since she was hungry and I had about finished my meal. We were disappointed.

From arrival to departure- perfect. So glad I chose to take my family to this venue for our New Years Eve dinner celebration. The food was great as well as the service and ambiance.

Our anniversary dinner was excellent! From salads to entrees to dessert was all great! We had Risotto di Mare and Rack of Lamb. Very very good!! It’ll keep us coming back!

Server was helpful in explaining the menu and the ingredients. She was friendly and efficient. Everyone loved their selection; rigatoni with bolognese, swordfish with couscous, braised rib ravioli, chick parm, seafood scampi. We were going to a show at the barbara Mann after dinner, service was prompt without feeling rushed. This is our go to restaurant when we have a show. We will be making a point of going there when we want a nice evening out.

I have been a regular at this restaurant for a couple years. Off season and on. Service tonight was unfortunate and borderline unacceptable. Food was excellent.
