   Had corporate exec in town for early dinner and apparently there was a party of 20-50? in the dining. Waited an hour after ordering steaks and when inquired was told just 5-7 more minutes. It was 20 more minutes. The steaks were not up to standard. Very disappointed in the experience. I have dined more than 100 times at Mastro’s restaurants over the years and never had such a bad experience.

   From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, the service was exceptional. The atmosphere is so wonderful and so was the life music. Our waiter Rudy was outstanding with all his wine knowledge and the food suggestions. We had great conversations with him and we felt extremely welcome. We shared a delicious Cesar salad as an appetizer. Shared a 23 oz bone in rib-eye ( took half of it home as we can’t eat that much meat) and, please try, truffle mushrooms with gnocchi. Also took half of it home. This was such an awesome meal, we definitely will be back next time when we are in Scottsdale

   I dined at Mastros for the first time with my father last Saturday night. Visiting from out of town I heard great things and wanted to check it out and treat my dad. Simply put, this place was amazing. The ambiance was incredible, it was super clean and the food and service were impeccable. The wine list was massive! Our waiter Rudy was professional, kind and very helpful with the menu. His assistant Danny was entertaining and we appreciated his humor and professionalism. I had the filet and it was cooked to perfection, pops had the scallops and a salad. Even though it was a Saturday night, the food and drinks came out quick and we didn’t want for anything. The GM, Jeff, even stopped by and checked in on us and asked how our experience was. We could tell that he genuinely cared about his guests and was passionate about the restaurant doing well as this was reflected in all aspects of the service we experienced. We were blown away. From beginning to end, our experience at Mastros was absolutely perfect. I’d recommend this to any and all of my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for making our night unforgettable!

   The food is top-notch, cannot be beat. The restaurant is very dark so we had to use flashlights on our phone to read the menu. I also feel like they should tell you that the bread at your table costs extra. Also be aware that they give American size portions so they are enormous. The value is very good for what you’re getting. You could easily split the brussels sprouts side dish between 4 Canadians.

   Overall good value for fine Dining establishment. Two standout aspects, that you don't see much these days, was a live music performer in the bar/lounge, and an attendant in the Men's Restroom. Only minor nitpick I have was that the bartender staff did not introduce themselves by name when I sat down.
