   When we entered the restaurant, we waited for over 10 minutes before a server came to assist us. After placing our order, only two of our four water glasses were filled, one of which was only half full and without ice. The restaurant offers complimentary bread, but we never received any. Within 30 minutes of being seated, three other tables near us were seated, and all of them received bread while waiting for their food. However, even after we finished our main dishes, we still hadn’t received ours. When we politely asked the server about the bread, we were told, “I’ve already placed the order; someone will bring it to you soon.” I’ve never heard of needing to “order” complimentary bread and then wait for it. Meanwhile, I watched other tables that were seated after us receive their bread quickly. We asked about the bread four times, and each time, the server responded impatiently, saying it had been ordered and we needed to wait. When we finally decided to pay the bill and told the server we no longer wanted the bread, she sarcastically asked, “Is there a problem?” We ordered a 40-ounce tomahawk steak, three sides, and an appetizer, spending significantly more than many other tables. Receiving such poor service on Christmas Day was extremely disappointing. We were the only Asian table in the area, and I couldn’t help but wonder if we were being discriminated against. This experience left me deeply disappointed with the restaurant.

   All was great except I got violently sick when we got home. We had oysters and I now hear that some oysters now can carry noro virus. I wish that the staff had mentioned the increased risk or that the restaurant had taken them off the menu.

   The food was delicious although I had to send the baked potato back because it was cold. Service was a little questionable. Could’ve been a little bit more attentive, but overall a good experience.

   Marquis was our server and she made the entire experience AMAZING!!! Her energy and hospitality will be the reason we come back! There are many Mastro’s with better views but to find someone to be professional, kind, and provide the level of service that is missed will not go unnoticed.

   Food was very good, good selection of cocktails and whiskeys. Our server was great she was always on top of everything couldn’t be better. Good holiday vibe and also had a musician playing and signing.

   Sinner for 9 people. For a nice, expensive dinner, it has to be good, and this was Outstanding. We tried many different appetizers and entrees. It was a long meal that we enjoyed, and we were never rushed or ignored. Service from Jason was top notch. Only improvement I would suggest is the noise level. It was rather loud, although maybe that was our location in the restaurant near a party room.

   Table service was slow . I requested several items and had to ask twice . Chopped salad both my friend and I both got ill on it . Not sure if they didn’t use fresh ingredients. I’ve been to other locations and had better service and food. Ambience and the pain singer was great . Hope they get organized .
