   Good decoration but more of an older crowd steakhouse more quite side very dim lighting food was good service was great nothing stood out very generic restaurant no vibe or ambience their famous butter cake was decent but for price not worth it overall

   We waited for 45 minutes for our cocktails!!! The waiter blamed it on "the bar." Manager comped our drink order - he tried. $5.00 added to bill for bread basket that we did not order and did not eat. Valet parking was great considering how crowded it was.

   Great experience as usual. We had our anniversary dinner at Mastro’s. We enjoyed it and were treated very well.

   Thank you again for a wonderful evening. I was able to celebrate my 52nd birthday with my family. Great food great service. Was able to valet park my car and walk over to Segerstrom and watch nutcracker with my family. Thank you Mastros!!

   Food and service was good. Manager was rude about an accommodation that they stated I never mentioned, but I most definitely did.

   The valet lied ; said you did validate parking…. You apparently don’t. Was told there was no more tartar sauce… make more, it’s not that hard. Martini spilt by waitress , she said she would replace it, instead she bought back the glass full of dry ice and said she saved it. I don’t really think it would have killed anyone to make a new one. For close to $350 these issues should not have been issues.

    Good experience overall. We were seated at a back corner table leaving us forgotten by the waiters, each visit being 30 minutes apart. The noise level was extremely high around us, forcing us to scream to practically hear one another from across the table.
