   Best steaks we've ever had! The scallop potatoes were delicious but the brussel sprouts could use a little more seasoning. Drink menu was extensive and equally as good. Live music was a surprise but welcomed! Service was fantastic. Worth the money for sure.

   My family and I have been dining here at Mastros for years and we have never been disappointed. The food, service, and attention is always consistent. Great steaks, seafood, etc. I would always recommend this place.

   The service was subpar for the level of dining experience of this upscale steakhouse in Manhattan. The server took over 20 minutes after sitting down to take our drink orders and also did not understand the menu thoroughly for patrons who have visited the steakhouse on multiple occasions. We found ourselves guiding our server on our selections and also the lack of attentiveness for a meal well over $150 per person is an issue that we’ve not run into at Mastro’s in the past. All on a prime Saturday night dinner slot, where the service is expected to be top notch.

   Food was good as expected from other locations in the USa, but the service left a lot to be desired. Dinner took more than 2 hours because we were ignored a lot

   He food is always amazing here. Rhe service is top notch and it's not a tourist trap like all the other restaurants in the area

   Having booked a table in advance in the uk we arrived and were seated at the bar area , this was high tops , waiters going passed with boxes , people standing in the bar area ! Noise level was high . We were very disappointed , waiter said we could moved in a few minutes which turned out after frequent lies to be 40 minutes ! We were seated downstairs then with no ambience ! The steak was superb though …
