   We’ve been to Mastro’s at least 15 times with consistently great food and service. Today we went for my sons 16th birthday and it was extremely disappointing. Our waiter was abrupt, impatient, unprofessional and we had to keep asking staff for things after he’d repeatedly ignore us. The steaks were burnt, the portion sizes have shrunk considerably and after paying we then waited 25 mins for our dessert to go that never arrived. We won’t be back.

   Had dinner here last night where my girlfriend and I were celebrating her birthday. We were seated up stairs with our waiter being Evan. From the start I could tell that Evan was a very professional yet friendly and approachable person. Every interaction we had with him was phenomenal and he never missed a beat. He went above and beyond to ensure her birthday was special and memorable. 10/10 recommend going back here and if possible served by Evan again. Thanks again for the great experience.

   Excellent Quality food, superb service, friendly & accommodating staff. Beautiful interior improvements. Bar / table layout on 1st floor is funky, 2nd floor seating preferred due to noise. However, if being seen & loud noise is your thing, 1st floor is fine. Overall great food, service, staff are excellent. Pricey but worth it for special events! Would go again for sure

   Jose, Evan and Thomas were wonderful and helpful. Evan and Thomas suggested dishes I would not have tried and I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty they were. Solid fun experience, will definitely be coming back

    First time to Mastro's and they didn't disappoint. From accommodating our seating request, to the service, and the food, it was top notch. Ambience was great. They had live music piped through the restaurant which wasn't too loud. Lighting was just right (not too bright, but not too dark where you couldn't see your food). Great food selection! The butter cake was incredible! Will definitely be going back to try more!
