The rolls tasted good, each topped with a thin slice of A5 Wagyu, but the beef didn't melt in my mouth like other A5 Wagyu I've had before.\n\nOur server offered to split the lobster bisque into two cups, as it was served in a large bowl. The bisque was very good with nice chunks of lobster inside.\n\nI like my rack of lamb medium rare, but when I ordered it that way, the server recommended medium, saying it would otherwise be very red. Been there three times. Everything stellar and perfect. However, Easter Sunday dinner for six at 4:30 p.m. was not the best experience. Very slow service, food lukewarm, long wait between things and wait staff/help seemed to be lacking for the amount of guests....three hours for dinner with two 90 year old guests. It was quite busy at times and a holiday, so perhaps those were the reasons for an experience that didn't quite meet our expectations. Our other experiences there were with four or less in the party and maybe more manageable. Will still go back and see if this was a fluke or a trend. Still love the ambience, the creamed corn and gnocchi. First time for both of us. Received a call to confirm reservation prior to arrival. The restaurant is located across from cheesecake factory. 2 levels, modern decor, spacious sittings on both floor. When we arrived 5pm ish less than a handful of customers and by end of our dinner the entire floor was full (2nd level). Pretty wide menu and received awesome service during the entire dinner. Every staff that dropped by our table was attentive and helpful. It's a bit pricy and surprisingly none of the main course comes with a side. Overall the food is good nothing special in my opinion. For the price we paid, we had better elsewhere and for a bit less (Sundance steakhouse).\n\nCrab cake 3/5\nScallops 3/5\nChllian sea bass 4/5\nPrime rib steak 3.5/5\nSauteed spinach 3/5\nCheddar Mac and cheese 3/5\nHouse breads 3.5/5\n\nOverall Service 5/5\n\nI would come back for the services and chllian sea bass. We enjoy dining at Maestro’s for dinner and expected the same quality food. The brunch was a huge disappointment. Buffet is on the first floor and people had to carry their plates to the second floor. We requested a seat change to the patio due to this. My food was still cold by the time I sat down. The buffet was mostly self serve, with the exception of the meat station. My mom and sister said the cold station with crab, lonster, and shrimp was good. I don’t do shellfish and all my food was terrible. Everything was overcooked. Like, inedible overcooked. The blintzes were so sad: crepes that were brown, crispy, and too thick.
