   We requested reserve a good table as we celebrate our anniversary when booked online. None of staff recognise it was our anniversary dinner even we mentioned. We were so disappointed when walked in because air conditioner wasn’t working , inside was very hot and staff didn’t reserve any table for us, basically we just picked table outside by ourselves due to the heat inside of the restaurant. Staff seems didn’t care about us, just serving a food. Food was ok but it’s not worth $75 per person, very small portions. We were still hungry after had all 5 meal course, I wouldn’t recommend going there for special occasions.

   Amazing food and service. One of the best meals we ever had. Cant recommend this place highly enough. When we are back in town we definitely be back.

   The best food in Burleigh!! Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Food is exquisite and flavours highlighted by an expert chef. Could only recommend to anyone wanting delicious food

   Quality of the salmon was the only saving grace, spent almost $500 and tried alot of dishes and cocktails. Worth a try, won't be back personally.

   As soon as you arrive we were met by the friendly team at Masu. The drinks menu follow up and we ordered cocktail as well as tap beer. While we were waiting for our drinks we had a look at the menu but decided to let the amazing host choose for us. Some of us had preference and dietary restriction , it was not a bothered to change the degustation menus to accomodate. The drink arrived and were delicious. The food followed soon after, many tradition Japanese dishes with a twist. All absolutely delicious. We will sure let be back. The attention to details all the staff at Masu puts in the preparation, presentation and service was outstanding. Thank you for a great night.

   The Omakase course really was something. For the price that I found cheaper compared to other Omakases around the area, the food they offered was a very high quality for the price. My wife enjoyed it as much as I did and the one we liked the most was the Tuna Tartare as the way of eating that dis was very unique making it enjoyable without sacrificing the flavour you get from it. We have enjoyed our meal very much and the staff was very frienldy and approachable. A recommended place for anyone wanting a special meal with your loved one.

    Superb Japanese food & drinks. Convenient location in the heart of Burleigh heads. Loved it and will return. The black cod melted in the mouth, the gin Shiraz cocktail was incredible, wait staff were very polite & accommodating if a little run off their feet as short on help that night. Do yourself a favour & come try this wonderful Japanese restaurant.
