    We went for our 2nd Thanksgiving hoping to make it a tradition because our first experience (2023) was so great. This year the restaurant was uncomfortably freezing cold. The waiter repeatedly got our order preferences wrong for salad, entree, and drinks. We ordered the cheesecake and were charged extra for pumpkin cheesecake, but were served regular prefabricated pumpkin pie. Very disappointed. What we thought would be a great annual tradition is no longer.

    Best Steak and Lobster Restaurant, Ever. But, I was not impressed by the Thanksgiving Menu. But, I'll be back for Surf and Turf.

    we were sitting at the table for a while. after 10 minutes we finally had someone to wait on us. we asked for some more bread , The bread never came. The restaurant was not busy. The food was very good. The price was good.

    The food was delicious and they had a turkey option with the works on Thanksgiving day. The service by Jeff was outstanding. From the starters to the dessert my party was vert happy with the experience.

    Food was not bad. Steaks were not cooked correctly and needed to be sent back. Temperature of food was cold. Although everyone working there was very nice the service was terrible. Restaurant was very slow so we couldn’t understand why the service was so terrible. Didn’t realize Landrys bought them out but you could tell. We were there for well over 2 hours and maybe only 6 other tables in the entire restaurant. It took over an hour of being there before we even placed our order. Loved it in the old days but no longer

    horrible experience the service was terrible. Food was average. They've really went down in comparison to other steakhouses and seafood places in the Chicago downtown area. Really sad to see used to be a great place to go.

    I’ve been to McCormick and Schmick’s a few times and it was always very good until last night. The filet was not tender at all. The flounder was okay. The best part of the meal was the appetizer (shrimp kisses) and the drinks.
