   We didn’t have the best seating, a large column with coat hooks attached to our table blocked the view. However, the food and service were excellent. Our server was extremely attentive and professional, so we left a generous tip to show our appreciation for his outstanding service.

   This was my first time here. We had a reservation for 6:15 and arrived on time. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. My request of having a booth was honored which was nice. All of the hostesses were friendly unlike some of the previous reviews. Our waitress was friendly and seemed overwhelmed which I can understand on a Friday evening so I won't share my complete nuances about her. It's a little pricey and the entree portions are smaller than what I'm used to having or experiencing however everything was flavorful and satisfying. I would go back.

   Our dining experience was very disappointing....4 stars to the waitress IDA; she is the only thing that made our experience noteworthy. The food was, 1 star---at best, mediocre--took almost an hour to get our food from the time it was ordered...and definitely was not worth what we paid for it. The MD Crab Soup--our guest took 2 bites and didn't finish it. She said it was just "okay"---inexcusable. The AHI TUNA was nothing to really praise...and the horseradish in the smashed potatows totally overwhelmed the senses, eyes watering, mouth burning 🔥. The fresh shrimp scampi was "bland", in a clear, soupy sauce...no taste of garlic at all. Expensive meal for the poor level of service and quality of the food serviced. Won't go back again! Save your money and dine elsewhere.

   The food was great, the staff were nice and accommodating but the service was extremely slow. The appetizers came out before the beverages, bread was brought after the appetizers. One basic meal was unavailable which cause a change in the meal selection (it’s 6pm on a Friday that shouldn’t happen).

   The best part of our experience was our server. He was diligent and attentive. I literally watched him run from one side of the restaurant to the other to attend to his patrons. A super star for our lonely Christmas story!!!

   Pretty disappointed overall. Made the reservation on Open Table and was asked if there was an occasion, to which I responded that it was my husband's birthday. Having a birthday on Christmas means you're often overlooked- and today was no exception. Was taken to our table with no comment. Our server eventually came over and said she'd be back. Another server walked by and asked if we'd been helped so we gave him our drink order. Our server came back, took our appetizer order and then left. Still no drinks. Finally- she came back with drinks and took our dinner order. Then a few minutes later came back with our salads... but no appetizer. I asked about our appetizer and she said the kitchen was backed up. We ordered Capaccio--- which is served raw. We got it after our salads... and it was warm. She came by and brought desserts- even though my husband was not finished his meal- so she left it in the middle of the table. Overall- ZERO understanding of DINING- or server professionalism. As someone who paid for college as a bartender and a server- the service was awful. Oh- and no one ever said Happy Birthday to my husband.

   Excellent dinner, salmon was superb, server was excellent. It was a busy night, kitchen was running behind and the noise level higher than average. Still overall a very good evening.

   We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate Christmas at M&S. The value was amazing and we will go back soon.
