    Flounder was over cooked , burnt underneath, my sons steak was fatty and rare. Pasta side dish was very bland. We ordered Lobster mashed potatoes and Asparagus for the table and all of our entrees came with a vegetable and mashed potatoes. Server never told us that

    Our family was so disappointed that we got there 5 pm we didn’t get food until 7:15 pm food was cold we spent 3 hours at that restaurant

    Went for a leisurely Xmas dinner. Informed our waiter we didn’t want to be rushed. Ordered from Xmas menu. Appetizers were ok but it was clear when our entrees arrived, that the chef had just been keeping the cooked food on the side until we were ready for it. Dishes arrived luke warm with overcooked vegetables & poor presentation. I’ve had school dinners that looked & tasted better. Addressed issue with manager & food was replaced, but neither the manager or waiter bothered to check if they were ok 2nd time around. The deserts were good & presented well. We had a choice of restaurants to eat Xmas dinner at and chose this one based on reviews. Sadly it did not meet our expectations.

    We were looking for an upscale steakhouse but we got a chain restaurant. Music was top 40 and on the louder side. It was Christmas Eve-there were very limited decoration and music that we more pop music then holiday dinner music. Server was new and he was very eager to please. Steaks were yummy!!
