   I knew it would be busy since it was Mother's Day. The disappointing part was having 2 tables that were seated after us receive service before us. In addition, it should not take 45 minutes to receive drinks regardless of the day. Next time - staff appropriately. The food was very good. A shame that it took 20 minutes to receive the 2nd portion. Would visit again during the week when less crowded in order to have a more pleasurable dining experience.

   It was clearly overbooked but that staff deserves a raise. They were doing magic to host dozens of patrons with courtesy and speed. I’ll be back because of the food and the staff. Their reservation system needs an upgrade though.

   We had a reservation. We actually didn’t eat there. When we arrived there was a long line of people who have reservations ahead of us waiting to be seated. We asked someone in line who had a reservation 30mins before how long he had been waiting he said 30-45 mins. He was nearer to the front of the line. All of the tables were filled and it didn’t look like there would be many tables turning over soon, so we left.

   I would never book this restaurant for Mother's Day again. I thought it would be great, because all our other experiences have been wonderful, but today was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Please make sure you have enough staff for the biggest restaurant day of the year. It took us an hour to get any food after the time of our reservation, and by then it was only bread and a tiny fruit cup. We waited an additional 45 minutes with no food, at which time I told our waiter that we had to leave if we weren't going to get our food soon. Then he said, "oh, just 4 minutes" and then we had our food. I don't know if it's because I complained or just a coincidence, but everyone at the table was hangry and irritable, and the portions were just not the usual 2 servings even though I had the steak, so it was half the amount of food we are usually given when we eat there. My husband was mad at me for not getting up and leaving an hour into it, because the service was so bad. No one else in the dining area had food either, and they were all waiting as long as we were for food. There was a line out the door of people who all had reservations too! I know the waiters probably weren't to blame, but the management of the day was completely awful. I don't know that we'll ever return, even though this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, because the experience was so bad that I would never suggest it to anyone again.

   Mother's Day brunch was delicious and had enough options on the limited menu for everyone at my table. The French toast was fried and had a great crispiness. I heard great things about the steaks and the waiter brought a rose to the table for the ladies. Definitely recommend, but suggest getting an outdoor table if you have people in your party who are sensitive to noise. It was very loud

   My first time at Mesium Rare and it was fabulous! Our server Brent was was attentive and friendly. The food was very good, martinis-excellent and the carrot cake to die for..I will be coming back again!!

    So we wanted actual steaks with our choice of sides this wasn’t the place to go. My 6’2 son was starving the small steaks they serve that come with pre dressed salad ( plain ) and French fries were fine but we had no clue that’s all we could order. We are a family of steak eaters who prefer large bone in medium rare steaks this wasn’t the right stop. The food was ok and could’ve been more consistent seeing they only cook two things. It was over priced 178$ for 3 people i had two what should’ve been considered fruit drinks and the kids had sodas and we got dessert. We won’t be back.
