    Mercat’s Christmas dinner buffet was absolutely fantastic! Every dish, from the fresh shrimp and oysters to the flavorful prime steak, sushi, and vibrant salads, was a delight. The pasta and paella were perfectly cooked, bursting with flavor, and the desserts were simply extraordinary—a perfect sweet finale. A wonderful dining experience we thoroughly enjoyed!

    Rhyan was our server and he was terrible. He spent more time talking and laughing to the hostess than checking on us. The food was great and the ambience as well.

    Glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews - my husband and I really enjoyed our meals! The potatoes were too salty but everything else was perfect. Will definitely be an annual meal for us!

    We've been coming to the Stellaris 5 of the last 6 years now and always enjoy the breakfast outside at Mercat. We hadn't had dinner there before as we usually ventured out for dinner, but thought we'd try it for convenience. The service was excellent as always, and the outdoor patio is quite pleasant at night. Where it fell down was the food. We had shared the Tuna Tartare to start which was elegantly presented, but way too salty as it was mixed with capers. My wife had the Greek Salad with Salmon and again, salmon was way over salted and the salad itself was underwhelming. I had the Branzino which was a little overcooked and a few garnish potatoes, but should've really had a full side given the premium they charge.

    Nice outdoor option, indoor available as well. Food was okay and about what I’ve grown to expect in Aruba. A solid okay, nothing more nothing less.

    The restaurant was very nice, food was very good, they had a Branzino that was filleted which is nice as it is so often served whole. Service was excellent.
